SECURITY BOND: A security bond is compulsory for all reservations. All reservations must pay a Security Bond of $1500.00 no later than the day prior to arrival.
CLEANING & LINEN FEES: All cleaning and linen fees must be paid when the reservation is made.

Both levels are fully self contained with a kitchen , lounge, dining etc on each level. Plus don't forget the fantastic inground swimming pool, sit back around the pool for some sunshine, watch the kids swimming, plus air con in areas upstairs to cool off at night in the peak hot summer nights.
