Great place!

Great location. Away from the crowds, but close enough for whatever you’re into. The condo itself was very nice and the view of the lake was wonderful.

Perfect condo for just the two of us. Close to everything. This particular unit nice because it's on the water and at the trailhead. The only "downside" is it's lower level so if you have upstairs neighbors you hear all of the walking / kids running.

Wonderful view from the bedroom window. Very clean, well appointed, nicely decorated and incredibly comfortable-especially the king size bed! Very quiet. The condo is at the end of the complex just feet from a beautiful nature trail. Fees are very fair (unlike many places these days where sometimes the fees can equal or exceed the total nightly cost!) Definitely rent this condo but be sure to read the whole description and remember to bring toilet paper, shampoo and soap! (There is a store just minutes away though) There was no coffee pot and the ice maker wasn't working when we checked in. We notified the owner and within an hour we we had a new coffee pot and a bag of ice! Excellent service!(the ice maker fixed itself later that evening) Our only complaint was that the TV in the living room is mounted about 8 inches from the ceiling and very off center of the living area. It's quite uncomfortable to watch tv so we mostly just listened to one of the many music channels available.

I which there would have been Christmas decorations but over all everything was awesome

You could constantly hear people walking above the condo sounded like a herd of elephants. They would start off at 5:45 am every morning. We had 3 nights of not good sleep. Saturday Nov 11th had my family over for Thanksgiving dinner and a lady opened our front door saying this was her condo and we had to leave. My husband called Marshals Condo rental and they dealt with the lady who left but no apology from property manager to us for the inconvenience and disruption of our dinner. We will not be back and hope whomever stay there do not have elephants above them!!

We had a great time. The only criticism is that the Keurig machine did not work.

The best thing about this rental is the views. This condo is an end unit with river/forest views. You can sit on the screened deck and enjoy your surroundings without the obstruction of other units. This unit is a bit older so you don’t get that newness ahhh if that’s important to you. It had some squeaks that WD40 could fix. The water stayed the temperature you chose for showers. The sheets were clean and white and the beds were comfy.

We brought good friends of ours down to Branson as they had never been there. We chose this condo as it had 2 master suites. It was in a great location and the condo was super nice. We had no issues so really didn't need to contact the owners during our stay. We had everything that we needed and everyone enjoyed our vacation immensely. Will definitely choose this place again the next time we are in town!! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

We had a wonderful stay by the lake.. everything was perfect. This was our second stay in this area, very happy with it.

It was a beautiful place on the lake..Had a hiking trail..Condo was very clean and accommodating..

This is a ground floor, corner unit, at the very end of the street. It was very private, very quiet, and had a great view. Since our older parents were with us, it was great not to have to navigate stairs. The large green space and the trailhead right next to the unit were great for outdoor games and scenic hikes. We enjoyed are stay and will definitely be back.

Nice view of the lake and no neighbors to the west made of a quiet and serene vacation. Loved the cleanliness of the property. We were very comfortable.

We loved our stay here! The condo is in a great location as far as going to different attractions in/around Branson. I’m not sure I can give this condo justice - it is in a peaceful location, extremely clean, and has so many amenities. The welcome clipboard is a nice touch that gives you a lot of information about the property as well as restaurant suggestions. The kitchen is easy to cook in and laid out well. The laundry room is also a huge bonus - we all went home with clean clothes in our suitcase. The side porch is wonderful for drinking coffee and bird watching in the morning. The screened in porch is great for dinner and watching the boats go by. My 6 year old was sad to leave - he wanted a little more time on vacation! We definitely hope to stay again.

Overall perfection. Best stay we've ever experienced. Property is well maintained, clean, has all the amenities you can think of, expectations and directions of check in and check out processes are short, clear , understandable, and easy to follow through with. It met every expectation of our stay!! We had plans to explore Branson but we enjoyed our condo so much thar we ended up spending most of our time in and around the condo/ resort. The trail is a fun and fairly easy hike, appx 1 mi. long. We felt reenergized and refreshed after leaving this resort! Simple perfection at it's finest!!

Everything was great

No hot water for the shower in either bathroom even when not in use at the same time. The fan in the master bathroom squealed like a banshee every time I turned on the light in the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and had nice amenities otherwise.

Great experience eating all our meals and drinking our morning coffee on the screened patio. Lake Taneycomo displayed a pleasant variety between morning mist, afternoon high water flows, and evening cicadas. The condo managers could have provided liquid hand and body soap instead of the 2” mini soaps that were hard to hang onto, but otherwise the experience was delightful.

Beautiful place. Nice quiet and relaxing. Had a hot water heater problem and they had it fixed very quickly. Owners care about their condo and the renters that stay. Would recommend and will stay at again on our next trip to Branson!

We enjoyed all the comforts of home and the perks of vacation. We enjoyed fishing on the lake and paddleboarding when the generation at the dam was off. The pool was nice and loved playing pickle ball at the club house. Shows were a treat at the end of the day.

Loved quiet location on the water. Enjoyed both decks and the lake trail that starts next to the property. The property isn't fancy put it was clean and well stocked. Since they require distilled water for the Keurig, it would have been nice to have enough supplied for the first morning. The resort is nice and the golf course looked great.

Nicely furnished and very clean. It is obvious that the owner takes Pride in the unit.

Beautiful property and very relaxing stay!!

The condo was everything we had hoped for!! Photos don’t do it justice, the decor is beautiful and views are great. We loved the screened in porch! Definitely worth the money, we will be back.

Enjoyed the place we stayed very much, It had everything we needed for a couple days. We were celebrating our 45th anniversary, very happy we chose this place.

The condo was great overlooking the lake. Nice & clean. We did have an ant problem. The lighting in the kitchen was not that great. A lot of the plug ins didn’t work.

This condo and the Pointe Royal area is fantastic. Condo is comfortable and clean. Love the screen porch overlooking the river. It has easy access to the amenities and surrounding Branson area. We look forward to another visit soon

The pictures are accurate. Very comfortable, nicely decorated. Loved the screened in porch and peaceful setting in the gated community.
