I am in a wheelchair from ankle fusion surgery and this condo worked for me. I would have liked to have handicap parking and a ramp to get the wheelchair on the sidewalk. But, I knew there wasn’t one when I booked. The screened in porch was a plus. The grab bars in the bathroom were lifesavers. It is very hard to find a place where someone that is handicap to be safe and I appreciated the grab bars. All in all this condo was awesome!

We had a good stay but it would have been important to put that the thermostat will not go below 70° in the info. Husband had great difficulty sleeping due to it being too warm. Don't plan on returning due to this issue, otherwise our stay was good.

We stayed for 3 nights with friends and had a great time. Property was well cared for and management was quick to respond and address amy issues we had. This is the best property we stayed at in Branson.

Absolutely the best communication between property owner I've ever had. There was a couple of things that we needed and one that we asked about and both of the items she provided and extremely quickly. Both of the items especially one of them she went and bought brand new for us to have while we were there.
Not only that but her mother Teri went above and beyond and bought a birthday cake and flowers for our 6 year old grand daughter who had just had her birthday. That was totally unexpected and waiting for us when we got back to the condo after being out swimming all day. She truly made our grand-daughters day with them and didn't have to do that.. The property was extremely nice and we had a really good time. I'd go back anytime and recommend it to anyone thinking of going to Branson.

Overall the actual property we were in was as advertised and great. The downside was the 2 five year olds upstairs that were constantly running around and we could hear every loud footstep. The manager for our Condo reached out to the other to try and solve the issue, but it wasn’t resolved. This part of the experience really was the only detractor for the entire stay.
The location was great, the view was fantastic.

This was a nice condo and I would have rated higher except through almost are entire stay the three small children in the condo above us ran like a heard of elephants. Even went up to ask them to stop and mother said they would but they didn't. Could barely her the tv.

The place was excellent. Everything you needed was there and well-labeled. The view was great. One small thing that could be improved. The dishwasher soap pods were terrible to use as they were sealed in cellophane, and it was difficult to remove before use. I have never seen pods like that. The shower and level entrance were very good for those with mobility issues. For the last two years, we have stayed in the Glacier, MT area and Estes Park, CO. This place beats both of them!

Stay was great loved the lake and the hiking trail. Only issue was the upstairs family and the noise you can hear from down stairs. Great location and minutes from all Branson has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our favorite thing was to sit on the screened in porch and enjoy the lake as it flowed by. It was so peaceful! My granddaughter loved watching the boats go by and the people fishing. She also enjoyed the wildlife that we saw!

We had a very nice time. The property was well kept and clean. Everyone we met was nice. The condo itself was very comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed being able to watch the flowing river from the porch. Fishing was literally only a 5 min walk from the front door. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this condo. It’s clean, spacious, handicap accessible and had all of the supplies we needed (plenty of dishes, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, towels, extra pillows, even plenty of extra toilet paper). And the condo staff were so kind and informative when I called them. Unfortunately we had to check out early because of a family emergency. But we will definitely stay there again when we return to Branson.

This was our first visit to Branson...and our first experience with VRBO.
The checkin almost didn't happen as I was expecting good internet to get the information off my phone...and I couldn't download the details. I tried calling but the message said I had to communicate through the app...which I couldn't do because of poor cell service...and when I found service...the app wasn't functioning. Finally got the data...and it was pretty easy from there.
We traveled with our Adult daughter so the accommodations were great with two large bedrooms both with King Beds...and two bathrooms.
The screened porch was nice...and will likely be welcome in the summer months as the bugs were just starting to make their presence felt.
We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen seemed well equipped...and the coffee maker worked fine. Lots of fridge space and all the extras seemed to be there if need be.
The facility is part of a large development, and we had a great location down on the water...but it was a ways up to the pool and excercise facilities. Would have been great to have a personal hot tub...which we would have used...or, to be here when the outdoor pool would have been open...as I am sure we would have utilized it.
The occupancy was fairly low, and we were on the lower level of the two story unit. There was someone in the upper unit the last night we were there....and there was no denying they were there.

We require handicapped accessibility when we travel and this unit really was perfect for our needs. The view is beautiful off the deck, and we were very comfortable in every way!! We will stay here again. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here. The property had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. I love the view from the porch as well as the close proximity to the playground. The location is very convenient to Branson attractions.

Don't let the title of this posting fool you. Lake Taneycomo is immediately downstream from Tablerock and they were letting water out of Tablerock so we had a wonderful fast flowing lake out the back yard. Everything about the condo was as described. The only surprise was the wonderful way they labeled all the light switches, the kitchen cabinets and drawers. You did NOT have to look for anything if you could read!! Very nice touch!

Very comfortable and well-furnished 2 bedroom condo just a short drive to the attractions in Branson. Everything was in good working order, and very comfortable. Our only issue was a problem with the passcard that provides access to the indoor pool, fitness center, etc. That turned out to be a system-wide problem, and was quickly fixed once the property managers were contacted. The indoor pool was great (perfect temperature, not too cold like most hotel pools), and a pleasant surprise was the bar and grill located in the clubhouse, with very good food at very reasonable prices considering the convenience (open just for breakfast and lunch this time of year). The only other minor issue was the noise from the condo above us, just from people walking around. People were all very friendly, including the property managers who helped fix the badge issue, the staff at the clubhouse facilities, and other residents we ran into along the way. We enjoyed out stay, and would certainly consider staying here again in the future.
