Disgusting, disgusting, they WILL give you a DIRTY used bed they don’t wash sheets, LITERALLY or the floors! It’s is a crack house! HOMELESS sleeping in the hallway( saw it with my own eyes) no gate code; front door is open for anyone to come inside. Bed bug bites, health violations, your name it ! They put 18 beds in one room!!!!I paid for 2 nights and never returned after one night I was there maybe 5 hours. I will be in town for a month and I am going to the city to do ANYTHING I can to have this disgusting over capacity crack house put out of business! I sent an email about the conditions and was ignored! Please go to Venice beach hostel or the air b n b in little Tokyo is around the same price but Please don’t put yourself thru sleeeping or renting here !

Beautiful rooms in a homey house, in a quiet place - just what I needed. And all this for less than half the price of hotels. We had such a lovely night here. The room was beautiful and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Thank you so much for giving us exactly what we needed! We will definitely be coming back!

An amazing stay at Van Nuys Homes for the Soul! It's an extremely nice place with a homely feel to it, clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms. We didn't want to leave our room lol. A perfect central location if vacationing in and around LA! The host was very welcoming and maintained excellent email communication throughout our stay. Thank you so much!
