The main floor contains the kitchen, dining, two living rooms, laundry, and a small bedroom with an attached bath.

Upstairs has three bedrooms, the largest one with an attached, 5-piece bathroom. Both bathrooms have double vanities.

The basement has two more bedrooms and two more living spaces, along with a 4-piece bathroom. One living room has trundle couch, which can sleep two more.

The patio features a wood-burning fireplace, propane and blackstone grills, outdoor eating, and a hot tub.

The entire house is yours to enjoy, excepting the backyard shed, locked closets and the garage fridge.

We prefer to leave our guests undisturbed, but are
readily available to answer questions and handle any maintenance issues promptly!

Stefan is available to you 24/7/365 via his phone, though he has "Do Not Disturb" hours established per his settings. This usually requires 2 calls in a row within a 3-minute span to get through. In the case of a non-911 emergency, please continue to call him until he picks up. If the matter is non-urgent, he can usually give a quicker response via the Airbnb messaging app.

1) HOT TUB: Shower before AND after using hot tub. Do NOT use bathroom towels as they will stain. Please find and use hot tub specific towels on main level.

2) Do not set the AC under 72 degrees F, as it could overwork and freeze the condenser.
