The property offers multiple hangout areas and plenty of space for your group to relax. The home features a spacious master suite with a private bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes twin/twin bunk beds, and a bonus room leading to the screened-in porch is equipped with a queen Murphy bed. During the warmer months, an additional bonus room with a queen and twin bed and a third bathroom is available, located in the second garage, which also serves as a game room.

Cleaning & Stocking Fee

We employ the highest quality professional housekeepers in the area. All bed linens are washed off-site, and towels are provided. Our cleaners use a line of eco-friendly, non-toxic products. They also stock the following items: shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap, individual bar soap, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, garbage bags, trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponges, and propane (estimated value of $50 + per stay and is covered by the cleaning fee).

House Rules and Booking Policy

There is a minimum age requirement of 22 years for the responsible booking party. To ensure the property is a good fit for our guests, we provide a rental agreement with house rules and a waiver of liability. This is conveniently sent to our guests through the booking system upon booking and can be reviewed and singed in a few minutes online. By signing the agreement, both parties can have peace of mind, knowing that we’re on the same page.
