Le Grand Evasion is the combination of two apartments located in the same idyllic residence in Duingt.
Perfect for stays with friends or family, while maintaining some privacy!
The apartments are composed as follows:
"Le Loft Evasion" property is composed as follows (1st floor):
- Bright living room arranged to make the most of the space, with a 160x200 double bed (Queensize) which can be converted into a sofa (blackout blinds in the room).
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (professionnal oven, Miele dishwasher, Krups ground coffee machine, toaster, combined washing/dryer machine...)
- For those who like to cook outdoors, a plancha area and an outdoor work surface are also available
- Large 322sqf terrace with a unique view of the lake, dining table for 4 and seating area
- One cabin-bedroom with bunk bed (80x200 each), closed by a sliding door
- A bathroom with glass shower screen and large washbasin
"Le Charmant Cote Lac et Jardins" property is composed as follows (ground floor):
- Spacious living area with a large family sofa and a dining area, all with access to the lake/garden and terrace + unique views
- Fully equipped American kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, boiler, toaster, washing machine...)
- Bedroom n°1: Double bed with 2 x 80x190cm mattresses (can be made into a double bed or 2 adjoining single beds) ) with direct access to the terrace/garden and lake
- Bedroom n°2: Single bed 90*190cm with books available (This room has no window)
- Bedroom n°3: Double bed 140*190cm (This room has no window)
- Large 40m² terrace with views of the lake and mountains, dining table, and relaxation area with outdoor furniture provided / The outdoor terrace is paved in the private area and has grass in the communal area
- A bathroom with toilet
The flats can also be rented separately, so please contact us if required.
Your agency LLA Selections by Location lac Annecy, specialist in short-term rentals around Lake Annecy and the Alps, has selected the "Le Grand Evasion with care.
A deposit of 1 000€ will be secured via a bank pre-authorization . A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY , to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.
The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2/kitchen), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing product, some washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper /wc…) are included in the service together with final stay cleaning.
We can provide you with a free baby cot and high chair upon request .
Your agency, LLA Selections, has a dedicated Private concierge service to help you organize your stay. You will find all available services in the "Sophie’s A la Carte Services" section of our website. You can book your transfers, private lessons, private chef, catering, massages, and more directly online. A link will be resent to you as soon as your booking is confirmed.
Because your health and comfort remain our priority, we have adapted to the new hygiene standards recommended by health services. Our cleaning procedures have been completely redesigned to meet our customers' expectations and recommendations.

About Duingt….
Duingt is located on the western side of the Annecy Lake and has definitely earned it’s nickname "Pearl of the Lake".
Next to St Jorioz, Duingt (pronounced DOH-WAH!), offers an exceptional mountain and lake view. The cycle track from Annecy to Ugines (35kms) crosses the village and connects the villages along the lake very easily by bike.
The "best bakery of the lake" is located in Duingt, as well as a bookstore, and high-quality cuisine (le Bec or Chez ma Cousine nearby), a supermarket walking distance open 6/7.
Duingt is a fabulous place for a relaxing holiday in both the summer and winter times.
In summer :
-Cycling (bike path to go around the lake is in front of the apartment)
-Hiking (departure of many walks from the apartment: Entrevernes, Saint-Jorioz)
-Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, the Wake Board but also water skiing (we will gladly put you in touch with our local partner)
-Paragliding
-The average of walks mountains from the Sambuy (30mins) or Semnoz (20mins)
-Summer sledging from the station Semnoz
-An adventure park in Talloires (20mins) or Tamie (35mins)
In winter :
-Cross country skiing, sledding track or from the family resort Semnoz (20mins), possibility of rental equipment with our partner in Sevrier (5mins)
-The cross country or track is also practiced in La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (35-40mns); Seizures (40mns), Les 3 Vallées (about 1 hour)
-Snowshoeing in Semnoz
