2 flight ups, this apartment features a spacious high ceiling, 3 bedrooms, filled with lots of natural light, a spacious living room with 2 sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and a private patio.

• MASTER BEDROOM •
The nicely sized master bedroom includes a queen bed (sleeps 2), a cozy seating area overlooking the front for some private time, a 43-inch Smart TV, and ample closet space with all essentials.

• 2ND BEDROOM •
A cozy bedroom featuring one twin bed (sleeps 1) and ample closet space.

• 3RD BEDROOM •
A charming, baseball-themed room with a bunk bed, perfect for kids and adults alike.

The cozy, fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, and toaster, along with all the pots and pans you’ll need. The dining area, though small, is uniquely charming, featuring skylights above and below for a bright, airy feel.

The spacious living room features two sofa beds that convert into queen-size beds, a TV, and ample space to unwind.

A cozy outdoor space, perfect for a breath of fresh air or a moment of relaxation.

Conveniently located just minutes from Yankee Stadium, local parks, and a one-minute walk to grocery stores and restaurants. The train is also just one minute away, offering easy access to the entire city. It’s only 12 minutes from LGA Airport (without traffic).

Things to Note:
• The fireplace, while beautiful and over 100 years old, is for aesthetics only and not currently in use.
• Shared laundry facility is available in the building; please contact us a day in advance for access. For quick, last-minute washes, Sugar Hill Laundry down the block is open from 7 AM to 12 AM.
• No elevator (minimal outdoor steps + 2 flight of steps for this unit).
• Street parking is available with some restrictions (please follow the street signs). Public transportation is highly recommended as a convenient and hassle-free option!

2. Can I check in early or check out late?
For early check-in and late check-out requests, please check back with us the day before your arrival/departure. We do offer luggage storage accommodation.

3. What is the nightly minimum?
The nightly minimum varies based on seasonal demand and is managed by a system that we cannot override. However, the minimum stay requirement typically decreases as the booking date approaches.
