The charming sailing village of Waldringfield is nearby (3.1 miles) and is a lovely place to walk along the estuary spotting a host of wildlife. If you love being on the water, you can hire paddleboards or take a boat tour and cruise along the Deben River viewing this wonderful Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
