This quaint two bedroom, one bathroom, second story unit on 100th Street offers genuine Stone Harbor tranquility in a phenomenal location with outstanding conveniences. The property owner(s) meticulous care with a special attention to every detail makes this unit a true hidden gem. More popular ways of enjoying this property are as a centralized location for group trips or as a separate seaside sanctuary for those wanting a space of their own during larger family getaways.
A plethora of exquisite dining, shopping, and entertainment options available just a short walk away on nearby 96th Street offer unlimited opportunities to experience a different taste and style of Stone Harbor each day. Upon first arrival to the property guests will pull into the left-hand side of the shared driveway in front of the garage. After unloading, proceed up the staircase to the second floor of the home to reach the unit via the large wrap around deck. The primary entrance upon first arrival to the home is located on the Eastern side of the property just off the living room. Continuing along the wrap around deck places guests on the spacious south deck with access to the sliding glass door entry/exit to the kitchen. For the sunbathers, the south deck offers fantastic exposure while maintaining the privacy of an upper-level home and the north deck offers the perfect mid-day shady retreat. Once inside the unit, guests will be situated in the living area with an access door to the north deck. To the immediate left is access to the kitchen. Just before the kitchen is a short hallway that leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. The Master bedroom with a queen bed will be to the left-hand side. Immediately ahead is the recently renovated full bathroom with a stall shower. The last bedroom with two twin beds is located opposite the Master Bedroom on the right side (north end) of the hallway.
Cancellation Policy: All payments towards the reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
An optional amenities package is available for $150 through Beach Home Services for your convenience. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwashing supplies. Items will be individually wrapped inside grey plastic storage totes and orange dry-cleaning bags and located near the unit’s entry upon your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Extra Blankets and Pillows for Sleeping (just in case), Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows, Bedspreads / Comforters are provided. To reserve your amenities package, contact Kelly with Beach Home Services at 609-425-0666 prior to the day of check-in.
