Enter into the property into a spacious entrance hall. To the right is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. To the left is a sitting room with two sofas, a smart TV (please use your own logins), and a pool table - ideal for relaxing and enjoying quality time with family or friends.
At the end of the entrance hall is the well equipped kitchen, complete with a kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, electrical hob, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen island has seating for four, making it the perfect spot for casual conversations while cooking or enjoying leisurely mornings.
The dining area is seamlessly located just beyond the kitchen in an open-plan layout. The dining table comfortably seats 12, making it ideal for family gatherings and shared meals. The dining area seamlessly extends into a beautiful garden, with a lush lawn and a charming patio area. Relax on the outdoor sofa, an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a sundowner.
The cosy sitting room, adjacent to the dining area, is equipped with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a smart TV (please use your own logins), and a selection of board games for family fun nights. There is a also a downstairs toilet room.
Upstairs, you'll find four spacious bedrooms designed for comfort. The master bedroom features a comfortable super king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also boasts a super king-size bed. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds, ideal for children or additional guests. Lastly, the fourth bedroom offers a double bed along with a single bunk bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. The family bathroom has a bath.
The is ample parking in front of the garage. You will have exclusive access to the entire home, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels ready for your stay. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and our 24/7 guest support is available to assist you during your visit.
Upon arrival, a small welcome pack to get you started is provided which includes complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and offer miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, washing pods, and dishwasher tablets. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, a Co-Op is just a short drive away.

Guests have access to entire home and garden.
There is private parking at the front of the property in front of the garage.. The area itself is perfect for walking around and is in easy walking distance of the beach. The nearest bus stop is in walking distance on the main road into Bracklesham. The nearest train station is Chichester or Bosham.

There is space for 2 cars to park at the front of the property.
Check In / Check Out
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.
Pets
Two small, well behaved dog are welcome to join you on your holiday in the cottage, for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age).
- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
- Please do not allow them upstairs or on the furniture.
- Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property.
- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house.
- Please do not leave them alone in the property.
Please let us know when booking if you require a cot and high chair and please note that we do not provide cot bedding so please bring your own
