Location.

We had no internet for the duration of our stay. The room had an old smell. It was noisy and every time our neighbors turned on a tap or flushed a toilet, we were woken. There was no hot water on the first night. Very disappointed!

So noisy, we were the first room, just next to entrance and the noise isolation was very poor so we heard every person passing around. In the morning it was the worst.

Character less sleeping accomodation without hotel facilities. As Genus customers we were downgraded from a cosy room to a quadruple dormitory. Breakfast available a la carte in the snack-bar in the street.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The building was unique and very beautiful.

The location was great, in that it was very close to the centre of the town. but it was very noisy at night.

A great little hotel within a five minute walk of Plaza de La Mayor. Low cost parking a short walk from the hotel.

Breakfast available at hotel was fabulous- try the orange juice. Went to restaurant La Menerva and had beautiful meal- beef tartare and tomato salad. Hotel staff suggested this restaurant and ur was excellent looking out at the square

Bathroom extremely small. To get into shower you would struggle if u were a large person

Close to Plaza Mayor and the Casco Antiguo. It is also close to supermarkets like Carrefour, Spar, and Unide. walking distance for everything. Wifi is also strong and reliable. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

It appeared somewhat old, not super modern. I was visiting Cáceres on my own for one day, and I wanted something a little cozier than a hostel. It got the job done.

Location was good - near carpark and Plaza Mayor. The fridge worked but was noisy. Nothing else positive to say.

The ground floor apartment was dark, damp and cold. It was also cluttered with an over large table and an uncomfortable sofa. It opened on to the steet which was the main entrance to main city centre carpark, so there was little privacy. Every time we plugged in the coffee machine the fuses blew. Stayed 3 nights, rooms cleaned once. All in all this could be the reason why the hotel receptionist insisted on taking payment before taking us to the apartment. No recommended - don't know how it got a rating of 8.3 on booking.com.
