the washing machine is a little rough, ruined some of our clothing. the air conditioning sometimes switches to other modes by itself.

Great location, quiet and comfortable with good facilities

The person who met us was not particularly welcoming and gave us a cursory introduction to the apartment . All communication was by messaging. There was no information about the town eg map ( yes I know it is all available online) or even what to do with the key when we left.

We booked the apartment to be in the centre of Caceres for WOMAD. The location was within the medieval walled city so a short walk from the two main venues for the festival. There are also lots of museums, restaurants and atmospheric tours round the old town. During the three days we could pop back to the apartment for cups of tea and rests - lovely design and decor - a really nice place.

Lack of communication prior to our arrival and lack of directions how to find the apartment or where to park to unload luggage or to park. The hostess failed to answer my phone call for help when we arrived in the area. We were rescued by a nun from San Pablo convent. The area is extremely inaccessible by car and should not attempted by a novice driver or anyone lacking confidence. No language other than Spanish spoken, and no attempt made to try to speak slowly to accommodate my limited Spanish. No communication during our stay, no offer of Wifi and no information given on how to check out.

We liked this property so much we booked these extra nights after staying for three nights. The host´s representative was very helpful.

As before, bidet would have been good to have - there is space in the bathroom. When we returned to check in again we forgot the limitation on driving to the street so we may have incurred a fine. You can park about 80 metres away to drop off bags.

Great location and even though there was building work next door the double glazing reduced the noise. Lovely south facing window let in sunshine and the heating in the apartment was very efficient when the temperature dropped a bit. Kitchen small but had everything you need plus milk, butter, coffee etc supplied.

There was no bidet. The rug in the lounge could be a trip hazard. You have to take care not to bump your head when getting in to bed!
