Elevator didn't go, small bathroom, dirty mirror, lack of soap for washing up

The only positive point is, that the stuff is very friendly and helpful

A/C not working, Rooms hella dirty, Smells brutally. Asked to refund some money but no chance at all.. never again.

The location is terrible. Full of teens who party through the night with little respect for other guests. When informing the staff they simple didn't care. There was even a knife thrown in the pool. The place is clean enough and good facilities but if you are over 25 don't come here for a relaxing stay.

Very nice structure and in a perfect position to reach many places of interest in Zakynthos, structure suitable for young people and couples but also welcoming for families, the staff was incredible, very kind and they all speak English, the lady (I think the owner) was fantastic throughout the stay, always very kind and helpful it was nice to meet her (I hope she remember us ☺️) and also the guys at the Bar, a special thanks goes to all of them from the bottom of our heart, we will definitely be back!

Very nice staff. We had breakfast included in our stay, they made us everything we wished for.

The room was not completely clean upon arrival. The shower is designed in a way so that water overflows the floor.

The stuff is amazing. The room has all the facilities you would need. Great breakfast at the bar. Highly recommended!
