The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Parking and check-in instructions were very clear and made arrival easy. The kitchen was really well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. The lounge was amazing to look out to sea and still be cosy. I needed to communicate with the hosts prior to our arrival - communication was really helpful, kind and quick. Location is fabulous. We will definitely be returning - very soon I hope.

There was a confusion about when we could check out. Email confirmation said 10am and Welcome File said 11am. Also, no Welcome Pack as advertised.

Great comfortable accommodation situated in a perfect location overlooking a stunning seascape.

The reason I have entitled this review so is that the property would be our ideal home. The view and sunsets are amazing and we witnessed bleak, dark snow filled skies to bright sunshine causing glittering ripples on the waves. The sofa as I said in my review last July is the most comfortable I and my wife Ali have ever experienced and hogging the corner of the unit I happily sank into it each night. The kitchen had every conceivable facility you could imagine apart from Tom Kitchen (our favourite chef). The bed was very comfortable and afforded us lovely comatose slumbers. The bathrooms were as expected well equipped and as there were only two of us we utilised one each. The property is conveniently situated a couple of minutes walk from shops, pubs and restaurants. We recommend the Black Swan for dining as the food is well presented and of a higher standard than the other establishments in the town. We also found that Lewis's chip shop was the best and the portions were humongous. The access to the property was easy and our hosts were very helpful,we had reason to contact them a couple of times but nothing was a problem. It was also nice to have a designated parking space at the back of the property and there was a balcony at the back which we did not need to use this time as sunbathing was not an option. Being based in Seahouses meant it was an ideal base to explore Bamburgh, Alnwick, Alnmouth (a must see), Craster, Warkworth and Newton by the Sea (another must see, recommend the Joiners Arms). This was our second time here and I am sure it will not be our last. Thank you both for our lovely stay.

Lovely property, well fitted out, matched expectations and beyond! Facilities and location allowed a very relaxing experience. Slight problem on booking but resolved amicably by owner.

A couple of things that were noticeable, we found the settee settee very uncomfortable and the tv in main bedroom could be dangerous due to its position. However, everything else was very good and we would come again.

The whole booking process was simple and straightforward from start to finish. The property host Steven kept me informed throughout. The apartment was excellent, great lication in Seahouses which is a really central village for exploring beautiful Northumberland.

Such a luxurious apartment,great sea views,close to all amenities. Seahouses is a lovely village with the beach nearby , restaurant and shops nearby.the accomodation was perfect with outside space and private parking. Will definitely be back.

The apartment was perfect and very well equipped with everything (and more) than expected for a short break holiday rental. Great location overlooking the sea/beach and easy walking distance to local shops. Enjoyed beach walks and visiting local areas of interest. The owners were very accommodating and promptly answered any queries. 5 star.

With a view from Bamburgh to Seahouses harbour the location is superb. The furnishings and fitments were every bit as good as the pictures, thoughtfully put together warm, clean and welcoming. Good facilities for eating in or out. Take a pair of binoculars for watching the wildlife (including dolphins) between you and the Farne islands.

Property was extremely clean and had all the equipment necessary. It was in a good position and in easy walks to restaurants and shops. Lots of walks both short and long to interesting Local historical places. Definitely 5 star.

This apartment has everything you need for a relaxing getaway.. The owners have thought of everything you might need. The location is perfect for walking birdwatching.. walking on the beach. People are so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place..

The property had everything we needed. The balcony at the front of the property looks directly at the sea and the centre of the village is a stones throw away. Loved every minute we spent here and would recommend!

This flat is in a great location for exploring the Northumberland coast. The flat is clean and spacious with everything you need. I would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed staying at this apartment with a beautiful view of the Farne Islands and wen you look to the left you can see the majestic Banburgh castle. The owners have thought of everything with a lovely welcome pack, basket of information, binoculars, books and activities for rainy days. Would definitely return to this apartment and to Northumberland. One bug bear but this is with the Ocean club was it cost a lot to use their facilities. My daughter loves to swim everyday when on holiday and at £12.50 every day for both of us to it proved quite costly. Overall a wonderful time though!

We had an enjoyable week in this very comfortable, well equipped apartment. Wonderful views, super beachside location with plenty walks from your doorstep. We would happily return 😊

I cannot rate this place highly enough, it is probably the best accommodation I have ever had as a holiday let in this country. Everything was shiny and looked brand new, the settee was so comfortable that I melted into it several times..hard not to fall asleep on it after our good walks...well we did fall asleep. The bed was also super comfortable and we slept deeply on all our nights. The view from the front window was stunning and we had breakfast on the balcony several times. The whole experience was luxurious, the sunsets viewed from the balcony were breathtaking... Access to the town was a couple of minutes where we indulged ourselves with a lovely chippy tea one night whilst sat overlooking the harbour. We also took the boat to Lindisfarne and the Farne Islands one day which was well worth it and you can literally get up, dressed and down to the harbour in minutes. To sum up we rate this place 11 out of 10 and hope to return some day. Thank you to our hosts you have made us very happy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful - high quality, thoughtfully furnished, everything you need in the kitchen, stunning views over the North Sea, very central, everything can be reached in 5 minutes or under. We would definitely like to come back again.
