早餐食品多完化，味道幾好！

比錯房間，亦冇提及此房，係特別用途，要我提出耍求換房，事後经理道歉，同時亦提供免費早餐！

Location - very accessible to the skytrain and other malls. The spa was also very good.

Room layout - it had an open layout (no door between bedroom and bathroom.

The room was excellent. Huge, comfortable and clean. The amenities in the bathroom was great too. It is located right next to a BTS station which made going anywhere very convenient. The hotel also allowed access to the pool and shower facilities after check out so that we could freshen up before going to the airport. Would not hesitate to go back again if I were to go to Bangkok again.

It was not located right in the heart of town - it was 1-2 BTS stops away, which might be an issue for some.

Personnel gentil, poli et souriant, hélas d'une efficacité toute relative. Chambre jolie et assez spacieuse.

Tout a été compliqué et rien ne se résout au bénéfice du client : arriver avant l'heure du check-in, entrer dans les restaurants qui risquent de bientôt fermer, arriver un peu tard pour boire un verre... rien n'est jamais possible... pas très "fun" cet endroit. Surtout pas assez orienté clientèle. Restaurant japonais excellent avec un service hélas très lent, restaurant international de base avec un service au moins aussi lent, restaurant gastronomique sympathique sans plus, à des prix honteux. A proscrire. Dans l'ensemble tout est un peu de base, rien d'extraordinaire au final pour le prix. Les promesses ne sont pas tenues.

Hotel design is minimalist and invites a sense of peaceful living. The room we booked has a spacious area and quiet.

For a 5-star hotel standard, (1) no guidelines on the use of room control system, not customer-centric if I may say; (2) small details such as the outlet panel near the working table is not working, I was charging my laptop for some hours and realized that there is no power in the outlet

Club lounge is really good. Breakfast is excellent & has diversity of food choices!

Big thanks to Ms. Waranya, Ms. Tomomi, and other staffs, the bell boys, the front staffs during our stay there! We really appreciate the hotel’s arrangement for the lovely card, the anniversary cake, the red roses, rose petals in the bath tub… and also the extension checkout time!!! My parents were so so happy during 2 days there, they love every moment at the Okura Prestige Bangkok… To them this stay is really an unforgetable memory in Thailand… And to me who is living in Japan, this is truly a best hotel with the Japanese motenashi!!!
