Absolutely perfect!

The balcony is as good as it gets!!!! My husband, myself and our dog spent a lot of time on it. There was no table big enough to eat meals at or we would have been out there all the time. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cleaning supplies. More than one dish towel would have been nice though. The bathroom is remodeled and clean. The ice maker was broken and I reported but management could not find anyone to fix it. The other guests were very friendly and respectful of privacy. Love the elevator. No problem with parking. Our first vacation in a condo building and we liked it fine. I would certainly recommend Coral Sands.

the unit is exactly as pictured and as advertised. Kitchen well stocked. plenty of towels -- blankets -- and everything you need at the beach. Will be back next yr. Area is very dog friendly.

The kitchen appliances were below standard. Refrigerator ice maker did not function. This must have been a long standing problem because there was an ice tray in the freezer. The toaster was flimsy and burned the toast so we had to use the oven broiler for toast. The flooring had been updated but the join piece between bedroom and living room had been poorly installed and was a trip hazard. The lighting was out in the underground parking garage area and caused a trip hazard. In fact, my wife did trip and fall because she did not see the edge of the ramp near the elevator.

Renting was easy. Condo was right on the beach. Views were stunning. Couldn’t get closer to the beach. Amazing experience.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this cute condo! Great location and still close enough to explore the surrounding cities. The unit was very clean and we loved the big balcony. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful ocean views from this apartment

This place is right on the beach! The master bedroom windows open to see/hear the ocean The patio is heaven, you can watch the sunrise and sunset, the waves, the passing boats, it’s perfect Clean and cutely decorated with beachy theme Plenty to do nearby in Fernandina too, food, shopping, history Everything we needed for a perfect anniversary trip Will come back!

Directly on the beach……comfortable for 3 adults…short drive to restaurants, shopping….Ft Clinch very interesting with live period guides…excellent restaurant less than a mile south with live music, excellent food/beverages, friendly servers…we usually stay at St Augustine for this annual get-together, but Fernandina Beach less crowded…plan to book at Coral Sands again next year!

We felt very relaxed and at home at 203. The Views are Fantastic. The home is well stocked and clean. Easy access to beach and close to shops and eating yet not in the middle of Commercial businesses. Have already recommended to someone looking for a pet friendly rental for friends coming in December. You have a Great Property and Thank You for Sharing.

It was a great location, close to historical downtown and other parks and recreations. Beautiful sunrises every morning from the beach or the balcony of the condo. The condo was lovely, a little smaller than I thought from the pictures but comfortable. I had to clean the sliding doors because I could not see out of them but outside of that it was mostly nice. I would stay again

Being on the second floor of the condo unit was great!! High enough for a wonderful ocean/beach side view. A/C worked great and the inside was quite comfortable all the time. Ceiling fans also did a great job of circulating air. Really well decorated and equipped with all the necessary kitchen items. The two tv’s were great, also. Having a washer & dryer in the unit was also a plus. There is a cart to use to carry luggage, etc, into the elevator to the unit. Beats using the stairs to carry all your luggage up! There are 18 units in the building and there are no assigned parking for guests. It is first come, first served basis. Since there are 2 bedrooms in each unit, it’s possible to have 2 cars per unit arriving. That means you must pull them together in one spot. However, only 11 spots allow one to do that. We were there in September— I imagine high summer could be tricky. We had no problem, but my daughter rented another unit at the same time—we had to share a spot as no others were available for her. So 2 units shared one spot. Other than the minor parking issue, it is a perfect spot to stay at the beach.

Condo was very clean and cozy. Just steps from the beach for nice walks and shark tooth hunting. Would highly recomend.

Love staying beachfront when going to the beach.... that is why we go. However, the parking at this complex is a travesty! I mean the worst I have ever seen... the parking is double parking except for 8 single doors. 18 units total... you do the math... so if you were blocked, there is no system of communication in place to get them to move their car. From hearing from other rental guest the management company does a poor job to help! You are SOS.... I have stayed at some really nice places over the years and been a returning guest. Not this time. Average condo in accommodations and overpriced for the week. Still had a great time.... parking and price were the two biggest disappointments.

The ocean front property is wonderful hearing the waves crash on the beach watching the sun rise each morning was so special !

Our stay was great! The condo was clean, spacious in, and had a spectacular view. The location was perfect, quiet, and inviting. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will return again soon.

The apartment was very nice. The property manager responded immediately when the air conditioner died. He came & arranged for a new air conditioner to be installed next day, first thing in the morning. Amazing! the view is the best you can get unless you sleep on the sandy beach! We will return!

We enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that we ran into. The coffee pot stopped working the second day we arrived. The washer/dryer is so loud we felt it was disturbing to other tenants around us. The toilet flusher valve kept jamming. The king bed is not very comfortable / has a large divet in the center. We did love the parking and convenience of the elevator to our car.

This unit is so close to the beach you can sit on the porch and feel like you are on the beach. We are returning same time next year. Oh that’s the title of an Alan Alda movie. Can’t wait to get back. The unit is perfect for 2-4. Were just 2 and think that’sbest.. Lee was excellent and took extra good care of us. Won’t need to lug the Keurig and more, they already have one.

The balcony is out of this world . Can't say enough good about it. Not a fancy place by any means and a little pricey but overall a great place

The location with a comfortable balcony with great views was the highlight of this condo. The beds were very comfy with nice linens. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom could use some work and maybe updating of toilet and tub. The elevator was broken down three of our five days and the lights didn’t work in the dark, narrow staircase. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would return again.

Such a great week at this beautiful updated condo. Our second time at Coral Sands but first time in this unit and hopefully it won’t be our last. Well stocked kitchen, 3 adults and our fur baby fit perfectly. Such a dog friendly place and beach! We’ll be back! We just love Amelia Island.

My wife and I stayed in this same condo 2 years ago. We love the setup of this condo and of course the beach is always great.

This condo was perfect for my husband, our westie and myself for a week trip to Amelia Island. The living room and master bed were very comfortable. We did not use the 2nd bedroom. We had plenty of dishes and supplies in the kitchen. I would recommend replacing the coffee machine as it took a very long time time to brew coffee, perhaps due to scaling. But that is a minor thing. The refund was returned promptly, within days, with no action required on our part which was much appreciated. We hope to return soon.

What I absolutely loved the best was how close to the water this is. No sound machine needed. Beautiful views all the time. We even got some amazing moon pictures. Everything was as described. Our two fur kids also truly enjoyed having that size deck where they could bask in the sun and watch the people go by. You cannot go wrong with a trip to Amelia, it has become my happy place!

Ahhh the view!! We enjoyed having coffee every morning on the balcony it was absolutely gorgeous! Condo was very clean and nicely stocked with everything we needed. It was our first time visiting Amelia Island and it did not disappoint!!
