Die Lage ist zentral, vieles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß, aber für ein bis zwei Tage völlig ausreichend. Kaffee und Tee stehen im Zimmer zur Verfügung, alles ist sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist nett eingerichtet, es liegt viel Infomaterial bereit und man hat die Möglichkeit, sich eine Kleinigkeit zuzubereiten. Ein sehr guter Supermarkt ist gleich an der Ecke. Der Online Check-In ist prima organisiert, über WhatsApp ist jederzeit jemand erreichbar. Der abschließbare Parkplatz ist direkt im Innenhof und kostenlos!
Die Duftstäbchen im Haus finde ich persönlich unangenehm und aufdringlich. Das WLAN war während meiner zwei Nächte recht instabil und langsam.

Tout était parfait. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et serviable. Établissement à recommander sans hésitation. La place de parking gratuite est vraiment un atout.

located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the main attractions spacious apartment. The host greeted us with a coffee and recommended quite a lot of places. we really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was good. The owner/manager is a very friendly guy who will go above and beyond to make sure you’ll have the best stay and will give you all sorts of tips to make the most of your time in Genoa.
I was even allowed to keep the car in the private parking after checkout.

everything was perfect. Nicola help us with every we need and gave us info for visiting the city and surroundings. the room was great with more than we need for a couple of days. perfect location at 10 minutes woalking to the historical center.

Nice apartment and good service. Close to restaurants and centrum. Very quiet.
There was only cold water. They might be able to fix it - but we were only there for one night and left early, so did not have a change to tell them. Maybe they could have fixed it.
Not enough to keep us from coming back.

Great location. Super helpful and friendly manager- lots of information and suggestions. Safe parking behind gate. Good value. Comfortable room. I would choose again. Nice meal in classic neighbourhood restaurant nearby.
Space for only about 4 cars, but ok when I arrived. Ground floor room window next to quiet street, so in the day, could hear passers by. Other rooms likely not like this. But still good considering all and and good value.

We had a great time, apartment is clean, new, comfortable, with all the amentities you need. Location - the best possible, center only 10 minutes walking distance, in a very nice neighbourhood and with free private parking. Nicola is a great host, he gave us all the information we need and the check in/out was super easy. Recomendation 10/10 !

Location was great (close to Brignole station and old port). Nicola was really helpful on arrival and facilities left for us were brilliant. Not many reasonably priced places in Genoa include an ensuite.

There was heavy construction starting early in the morning. It's as if someone was drilling the wall just next door. It was too loud to do anything, even after it woke me up.

Super clean and charming place, right in the centre of Genova. Perfect place to explore the city from. The host, Nicola, couldn’t have been more welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed at any time! He made us feel at home. A massive plus is that the place comes with parking included which is rare to find in a city as busy as Genova (plus it’s super secure). Thank you Nicola for everything!
Very little, just maybe the fact that our room led directly to the street so might be annoying for very light sleepers but the windows were very good so not much noise came in. Also, a super comfortable bed!

Nice and safe area, close to the center. The owner was very kind and helpful. He accepted late check in and he answered my messages immediately. I had excellent communication with him. Thank you!
The property has its own safe private parking, if you travel by car. Super market a few meters away.
The room was a little bit small, but ok for one person. Noise from the road, but I found earmuffs in the bathroom.

We absolutely loved the place and hospitality! We not only could check in later than preferred but also without any problem were allowed to check out late, and leave our car in the parking till end of the day! The room was clean and very cozy, with a bottle of Italian wine on the able as a welcome gift. Location was perfect. In case of questions, contact with Nicola via whatsapp was always very quick and plesant, he was always happy to help and reccomend local places like Trattoria Da Genio which was the best place we’ve eaten at in Genoa!
The automatic gate didn’t work when we arrived but the problem was resolved in under 15 minutes, super professional!

Nicola is a fabulous host and is always responsive on whatsapp. Location is convenient and safe. Room is warm and comfortable.
The water pressure of the shower is ok but can be a little stronger. Also, a holder for our toiletries in the shower would be useful so that we don’t have to leave them on the shower floor.

Rooms just outside the city center (near the big Carignano-church). The parking lot behind the fence was a plus for Genova. As the owner don't live on the premises check-in and check-out is a bit of a hit and miss. No breakfast, but there is a small supermarket and bakery 100 mts outside.
Check-out was delayed because no one was there (even after some apps and phone call).
