We stayed in the apartment at the top floor of the building. There was an elevator. The apartment is spacious, it has two bedrooms and two terraces. The kitchen is very big, with all major appliances (except dishwasher) and a lot of utensils. Great view of Corralejo city, dunes, El Lobos and Lanzarote islands. Very friendly host. About 10 mins walk to the city central street. Less than 10 mins drive to Corralejo dunes. Free street parking near the building.

One thing that really bothered us was unpleasant smell from the drains in the bathroom and on the terrace. It was there for most of the time during our stay. We told about this to the host, and she said that she came and put some liquid into the drains. However, it did not help, as the problem was apparently related to the building's pipes and sewers. The title "New and Bright Apartment" is rather misleading. We think it should be changed. The apartment is bright but definitely not new. Just to mention, there is no air conditioner. This was not a problem for us in October, as we kept windows open at night.

We have stayed here before so knew exactly what we were getting and again it did not disappoint. The apartment is in a great location 5min walk from the centre of the town. It has fantastic views of the town and the top sun lounge area is out of this world.

This is not a don't like but, we felt if Plastic glasses were in the apartment it would give greater safety if taking drinks outside onto the sun lounges .

Excellent accomodation. Great location. Very quiet. Would highly recommend. .

We returned to stay in this apartment 8 weeks after our last visit - so that says it all really!. As last time the apartment was super clean on arrival, its a real home from home. Comfy beds and sunbeds, great shower, plenty of hot water, kitchen very well equipt. Great position in the resort, everything within short walking distance, Geetu is a great host, nothing is too much trouble - we took our transfer with Geetu this time as well which was great value. All in all another perfect stay - cant wait to return later in the year.

Geetu was a fantastic host. I asked for a better hairdryer and oven gloves and she was round the next day with them. We also had a problem with the boiler which was replaced immediately. We loved everything about the apartment, inside and out. I'm fussy and all I can say is that it was extremely comfortable and very very spacious and managed wonderfully well. 10 out of 10.

Going home. If I had to say anything negative it would have to be that a shower panel on the bath would be preferable to a curtain and the pillows were a little lumpy, but we neglected to mention that to the host as I'm sure she would have replaced them.

Apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and has everything you need for a great stay. Beds super comfortable. The huge terrace is amazing. Geetu is a welcoming host who evidently takes a great deal of pride in her properties. Location in town is perfect - couple of minutes walk from Palmeras Shopping centre. 10 mins to Campaniro centre or to old town. Can't wait to return!

Fabulous apartment it’s even better than the photos. Spacious, comfortable with everything you could need. Best terrace anywhere I have stayed. Host extremely helpful and easy to contact. Highly recommend staying we will definitely return.

Would have loved a few essentials when we arrived ie : sugar coffee oil water etc etc we had to buy these and leave them all behind as we only used a small bit out of them

Our 3rd visit to Corralejo and best apartment we have stayed in nice and quiet with huge terrace overlooking the whole of Corralejo. Kitchen had everything needed and great bonus to have a washing machine. Location was fine with us just off the strip nearer the aqua park end. Lovely place to come back to after a day on the beach. Owner geeva was very helpful arranged our transfers and met us at the property

Not really a problem but you have to know that when you reserve you have two appartements one on the first floor and the second one on the second floor. When you reserve it is not mentionned.

Incredibly nice apartment, spacious, spotless clean including high comfort with all the facilities/amenities you need. For those who love to enjoy nice views from a huge terrace this is the place to be (the terrace it’s completely private and it’s huuuge). Easy to find the flat, and if you are driving there it’s also easy to park in the parking next to the building. Excellent location, only few steps away from the main avenue and shopping center. Various beaches nearby, also at short distance. The internet connection was very good as well which is ideal for those who are planning to work from home. Geetu is a nice host, extremely customer oriented, sociable, friendly and helpful, providing all kind of information you need about the island and just in no time. It was a pleasure to meet her and definitely when I’m back I’ll stay at her place. This place truly deserves 10 points out of 10 and I strongly recommend it.
