Room was clean wish they had better tv channels not many. Breakfast was great loTs of choices. Loved how they cleaned room everyday. Really liked on Friday and Saturday they have a two hour wine reception.

Tv did not have many channels. The elevators are not the best. Other than that can’t say any thing bad enjoyed our stay. Host was so personable.

The main building seemed neat.

We were given a room the what they called the “back building” we were unaware of - with a difficult to navigate parking overhang, a weird entrance inside the parking garage stairwell, and a view of a construction sight lot. No access to coffee etc without going all the way around back to the regular building. We also almost got towed because staff failed to give us a parking pass for the stranger parking lot/back garage as well. Toilet barely worked.

This is a great hotel in Allston. The staff is amazing -they clean your room every day (unlike so many hotels these days). They have a complimentary breakfast and on weekend a complimentary wine and charcuterie for guests. The rooms are new and spacious and the lobby is a great place to hang out, work, or play ( they have ping pong). The hotel is right along the Charles River and many rooms overlook a pretty park beside the river. The only downside is that it is not close to public transportation. But if you don’t mind taking Ubers or driving you’re good to go.

the king's studio room was very spacious and ideal for traveling with companions. breakfast wise not too many options to shoot for. room is pretty sanitized. the supplies in the rooms seem clean without any odors.

it seems like its always the shower room thats having major issues; either not enough bathing accessories or not enough for hygiene purposes. it's the same as my visit last time and doesn't seem like there's any improvements which is a turn off. Not sure if there will be any adjustments because this is kinda 2nd strike...

Beds and bathroom in the room were nice.

The hotel needs a serious update and is hard to navigate from north to south tower. There is no hotel shuttle service. The restaurant is permanently closed. It lacks energy and looks very tired.

No air conditioning but still charged full price. they said open windows. after 4 hours still 80 degrees in room. called for electric fan and took 2 1/2 hours to bring up. The coolest it got was 77. It was uncomfortable and not very nice.

Rooms were clean and the themes were fun. Common spaces were comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was a good selection

Art everywhere! Reasonably good continental breakfast. Across the street from a small mall with big supermarket and a few restaurants. Facing a lovely park along the Charles river (there is a pedestrian bridge nearby for getting across Soldier's Field Road). Our room faced the Charles, on the 4th floor - lovely view!

If you want a microwave, ask for one.

Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Tea and coffee are available anytime during the day. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Good location. Parking is included, which in Boston is a big plus.

One night there was a lot of noise in the hall late at night.

I was expecting a continental breakfast so was pleasantly surprised with the large selection. There was no hot food but the selection of cold foods was more than sufficient. Lots of pastries, sweet and savory, fruit, cereal, yogurt, toasts, bagels, cold cuts, cheese, boiled eggs.

Onsite restaurant was closed even thou it was advertised at the time of booking. The lobby is fun and the breakfast area was cool and fun but the rest of the hotel looks dark and outdated, it was disappointing because the online pictures paint a totally different vibe. Room is small, bed and pillows old and uncomfortable, bathroom floor so cold had to put a towel on the floor, no bathroom door, just a sliding panel with a huge gap so no privacy in the bathroom. Old chipped bathroom fixtures.

Convenient location with free parking space. The room was good and comfortable. The staff were very quick to respond to our requests for additional pillows and a heater. Breakfast choices were good.

Bathroom door. It can’t be closed fully which was an issue considering this was a family room.

Breakfast is very good, selection of croissants, waffles etc…

The halllway to our room, there are steps and the room we were given was all the way back of the building.
