Nothing at all

The staff was very responsiveness and they accommodated all my requests even prior to check In like they booked my reservations for Ala carte dinner so I was able to enjoy my stay to the most. They also accommodated birthday celebration request of my 5 year old daughter despite not falling during the dates of stay.

Some of the activities were overlapping with dinner timings. It would have been better to start amphitheatre activities and clown activity for kids after dinner timing i.e. 9.30 PM

It had been the third time i come to Arum Barut (i went in 2021, 2022 and 2023) and every year i am extremely happy to come back. Hotel is ideal for the ones who wanna relax and have a great holiday. Territory is compact but very well curated and green! Bar by the beach is a pure jam! After the renovation rooms are even comfier and more beautiful than before. Food in the restaurant is always great - fresh, very various and tasty (with a lot of veggie options also). You can always find something to do, a lot of physical activities during the day, swimming pools, or even having a walk on a promenade that brings you to the city center. I am also grateful that they respect peace of the guests - music ends at 23.30 approximately, and for those who wants to continue evening there is a disco in the hotel, but those who want to sleep are not bothered either :) Staff of the hotel is another thing that amaze me every time i come, they do feel like a family and make you feel like a part of the family, it really makes the difference when you come to the place. You feel pampered, you feel cared about. Great hospitality, great place to stay and to have holiday at. Thank you Arum Barut, see you next year :)

The resort is very well maintained and makes a very good impression. It's also well designed. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The meal option was generous and offered a variety of food. Spa at this resort is excellent. We booked several massages and Hamam, special thanks and appreciation to Ali who is very talented and a kind person.

The room arrangement was different from the one presented on Booking - it was the same class of the room but it made a smaller impression (I think it's more than just an impression). The level of volume for the evening entertainment. Pretty much every night there was live music played in the central arena of the resort. All buildings and most rooms surround and face the arena. The music was a very nice option, but the level of volume was difficult to understand to me - it was very loud. To the extent that sitting in the area where the music was played was impossible to me, but also sleeping in the room, till ~11:30PM was barely possible despite high quality windows and their sound isolation. But this is a personal opinion of a parent who does not go to a resort to stay awake till late night.

A very delightful place for vacation, family friendly and alot of activities for each member of the family, the food is phenomenal and versatile, the rooms are clean and the staff is super friendly Totally worth the visit

if I were to be really really picky, there is no true barista style coffee being made anywhere in the resort.

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic. The check-in process was seamless and the front desk service was excellent. We were able to get rooms next to each other, which was great since we were traveling with family. The early check-in and comfortable beds were also a big plus, allowing us to rest after a long flight. The front desk staff was very helpful with all our inquiries and made sure that we had everything we needed. The room service was fast and the quality of the food was outstanding. We tried several restaurants during our stay, and the Turkish restaurant was definitely the highlight - I would rate it 10/10. Akasya and Bonsai were also great, with ratings of 9/10 and 8/10, respectively. The regular buffet had a lot of variety, although I would rate it 7/10. The best part was that there were plenty of vegetarian and vegan options available, which was much appreciated. In the evenings, we enjoyed the entertainment provided by the hotel. The singers and dancers were mostly good, and I must give a special shout-out to the hotel entertainment team for their excellent work. We also visited the spa three times and had excellent massages. Traveling with elder parents, we found the pace and balance of services to be perfect for them. However, I would not recommend this hotel for single or young couples unless they prefer a slow pace and quiet time. Overall, there is not much that the hotel can improve upon, although there was one day when room service did not show up. Additionally, I would suggest that the staff receive more training on not being too pushy - at a certain price point, guests prefer not to be solicited. One thing worth noting is that the staff is trained in several languages, including German, English, and Russian, making communication easy for guests from all over the world. In summary, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

I rarely rate properties a full 10/10, but this hotel certainly deserves it. All the staff we met were very friendly: receptionists, servers, bellboys, bartenders, cleaning staff, etc. The WiFi was very fast. The showers had great pressure and temperature range. The bed was very comfortable. And the amenities are superb... An excellent spa center with sauna and Turkish Bath. One of the best fitness centers I've seen in a hotel. 4 outdoor pools (1 heated) and an indoor pool and water slides. The hotel also has one of the best buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's true that the menu items don't change much day-to-day. But you can reserve spots at the 3 a la carte restaurants as often as you like. A truly grand experience.

You have to be really picky to find things wrong with this place. Some of the a la carte restaurants are booked multiple days in advance; so you might be unable to book if you are staying 3 nights or fewer. You may need to walk outside to reach your room, which can be inconvenient if the weather is bad.

Wasn’t anything didn’t like about the places

It was awesome...zero issues. Angela in the Gym and Eddy in the kids play area were both great and you could tell they loved their work!

I didn't like that a few older German guests told us to keep our children silent and that their iPads were annoying. My answer to that is go to your room if you want complete quiet. It's a vacation!!!

Room was cleaned twice a day & you were allowed to take drinks from the indoor bar to the room. - Good variety of food (Felt like 90% of the food was the same and 10% of the food changes every day)

The AC in the room was not working (Was not cooling), staff did not seem to get it fixed so we opted to not use it as the outside temperature was always lower than what the AC was trying to output.

The buffets. The food. The pools were nice.

The rooms were outdated, beach was rocky. The wines that came with the meals were low quality, they were house wines.

Food was absolutely fabulous, the staff are wonderful and friendly, rooms very clean. The hotel is very family friendly, its lively, there was some kind of live performance every night. It's quiet when you want to sleep and relax. Heated pools inside and outside was a huge plus. We had a lovely stay.

We went late March, there was a lot of maintaince work because they were preparing for thr high season. The beach marina was closed off on multiple occassions, there was heavy machinery at the beach. You cannot swim in tbe sea excpet from the marina, there are huge stones which are slippery if you try to go in the sea from thr beach itself.

Modern hotel , spacious and comfortable rooms , excellent service, good variety of drinks, local ones where shit but foreign selection of drinks was pretty good, big hotel areas

No animation at all, live music ended at 23h , no entertainment after that even on New Year Eve, sound of music was too low and performances of musicians complete disaster and catastrophy , they didn't even know the lyrics of the songs they sang , water in pools was not heated, freezing cold, very small and narrow SPA area

Great hotel. Good facilities. Top kitchen, really top. Nice bars located at the beach and the piece from which you can dive to the sea. The stuff at the hotel - they are the best, honestly. Make you feel like home. Sena and Hasan, see you next time!

Staff, food, ambiance, rooms are excellent.

Property is full of steep ramps. Not suitable for wheelchair users. Also the beach is full of bedrocks, hard to get in/out.
