Loved the fact that when they say its all inclusive, then it is ALL INCLUSIVE and at any time. They had many shows and entertainment every evening. They had water exercises every day as well. Their pool is amazing and very well maintained, both outdoor pool and the indoor pool.

The hotel rooms were a little dirty with stains on the carpet. It's sad that even if the families want, they can't use the water slide. The food choices were a lot, but unfortunately, they didn't look very appealing and hence couldn't try it as if you eat first with your eyes, meaning you will only try if it looks good. And the ones that I have tried were very bland

Plentiful food and lots of choice.

The main lounge bar was unpleasant because of the smell of cigarette smoke which was permanently there as it was directly linked to a closed conservatory smokers Room! The sliding doors were often left open allowing the smoke in. The bar area was open to both sides so even if the doors were closed, the smell came through. I thought that was illegal, even in Turkey! Also large groups of children students, spoiled the experience, there were 200 of them at some point. Not easy too relax in that situation. If I had known that this happened at this hotel, I would not have booked it!. Hotel should publish that information as it will affect people's choice

Great cuisine, great stuff and hight level of comfort. If want to have comfortable, quite and calm rest - there is your option.

I had only one problem - unstable internet connection. It was quite difficult to have zoom call or smth like this.

The view from our balcony was great. Lots of choice of food. Water slides and organized activities were in time slots so enabled some peaceful time poolside as well.

Wifi was bad. Location not easily accessible other than by private car or taxi

Staff were very kind especially Mariam. The food was excellent. Pool and hotel was clean .

Beds were not so comfortable. Electricity shutdown frequently. Sometimes there was Sewer smell in the area. We first got street room in the corner znd the nois of the vehicles and generators was terrible but we asked to move to different room and we got it thanks to Mariam.

Everything was better than i could expect! Especially for the price (less than other hotels around). Place does not scream "i'm a luxury resort", i liked that very much because luxury makes me uncomfortable. Hotel staff really cares to provide quality in all aspects. Room was clean, comfortable and soundproof. Food was various and tasty. When restaurant is closed, there are other places where they serve food and drinks, even at the beach. Beach itself is well looked after and thoughtfully designed. There is an underground tunnel which saves you from crossing streets and electrocar transfer to the beach. There are a lot of activities and facilities at any time so i had to draw a schematic to help us decide where and when to go. We don't have kids and don't like the noise, so we are happy how animators managed: kids around were occupied, there was no chaos. Streets around are full with shops, there are regular buses to Side and Manavgat. You can even walk to Side and Apollon temple by the shore, it's about 2 hours away.

I'm not experienced in how things normally work in 5-star-all-inclusive hotels, so maybe this is normal and just was unexpected for me. Pool and water slides working hours are limited. Some activities/animations start exactly when water slides and snack time ends, so it's difficult to hit them all. We couldn't play mini golf because animators said it's available only once a day at very inconvenient time. SPA staff do their massage programs well, but it's difficult to describe that you don't need default massage, only shoulders for example. WI-FI signal was very poor in my room because it's corner room and routers are in the corridor. Room photos were inconsistent with description: 1 large bed or 2 small? Staff did not respond to my questions via Booking, and in general they don't seem to respond here, only automatic replies. But everything turned out OK, i had bed in room as described, probably they just used same photos for different room setups.

The hotel is NOT beachfront!!! I am very disappointed that this is not mentioned here on booking.com.

there is almost nothing in this category. Maybe only info about bus connections between main places for tourists. Between shopping areas, between hotel and centre of Side.

Allergy and ingredient information available for most food served on electronic screens. Rooms were comfortable, nice sized balcony and shower. Mini bars filled up everyday. Beach is a short walk away

Too busy at the pool and water park due to it only open during limited hours. No iron in room or even upon request. Need to fill out laundry sheet and ironed clothes available next day (paid). Late dinners- starts at 7-late for families with children. No information on the welcome sheet about numbers to call for reception etc

We were greeted perfectly! The room was immediately given excellent. Swimming pool with perfect water. Loungers and towels are free and always available. We took a full board so we tried both breakfast and lunch and dinner. Very tasty!!! Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Thank you very much!

the property was nice, clean and service was good. staff friendly and attentive. they really helped with a little toddler and were very flexible with kitchen opening times etc when I needed food heated for the little one.

All the staff were perfect.

Staff were exceptional. All very helpful, attentive and fluent in several languages. Genuinely positive. Showers were brilliant. Covid regulations adhered to making the place feel much safer than other hotels we’ve been to. Lots of little things done really well. Quantity and supply of stuff really good. Plenty of solid, sturdy and comfortable chairs.

Doors to balcony didn’t shut properly in two rooms we were offered. Resulted in howling wind all night. Lighting in bathroom was a bit dim. Created a bit of a hazard. Food generally mediocre and disappointing - house red was disgusting. Tasted like vinegar and something with alcohol- floor cleaner perhaps. Food temperature was generally low unless it was just made. Hot plates to put food on had to be searched for as most were generally cool.

the reception workers were very unfriendly,(except one of them) we asked to change our bedroom and we changed it but the receptionist did not allow the luggage man to help us get our luggage. Another day someone wanted to call us from outside from the hotel, so he called the reception to contact us and they told him we were not here. i asked one time on the reception if I could call a driver and they said no i can not call. one of them was very friendly. we had problems with the elevator too, it stops on every floor, and sometimes did not work too. us with 1 kid and a baby

The hotel was nice and clean. I especially liked the cleaning lady that we had, her name was Sema, she really did her job well and put effort in making our room presentable.

The quality and choice of food overall was a disappointment. The menu was basically the same everyday. The entertainment was basically for Germans only. The rest of the staff paid attention only to the White skinned foreigners and didn’t even look at us brown skinned people. What a Shame!!

The food was very good, the rooms were big and very clean, the staff was nice and helpful. The large sandy beach is at about 5 minutes of walking from the hotel. There you can find plenty of sunbeds as well as a beach bar where you can drink and eat. In short, everything was great, we had a great vacation.

The Internet was sometimes quite slow, especially in the first days of our vacation.
