Location is very central and convenient but considering all the hassles/annoyances it is clearly not worth staying here. In addition there is a construction site in front which also causes noise early in the morning. Not recommended if you want to rest.

Avoid staying in this apartment at all costs! It was a horrible experience. On the terrace of the apartment are the air conditioners from the Greek restaurant downstairs, and on the roof of the living room are the ventilation units. So, from 9.30 am to 24 pm there is an unbearable noise and a very unpleasant vibration and food smell of course. Therefore the terrace is unusable because of the noise and the living room is very uncomfortable, and now in summer you can't even open the balcony to ventilate because of the noise. In addition the mattress in the bedroom is extremely uncomfortable. A total disaster. They had some technicians trying to fix and clean the units, (they woke up at 7 am!!!) but believe me that is cosmetics, the problem is unsolvable as long as the appliances are located there and the restaurant remains open.To top it off, one night the restaurant alarm was sounding all night ,from midnight until 9am, we had to sleep on the living room's floor, because the noise in the bedroom was unbearable. Unfortunately, Indigo Apartaments, the company that manages it, didn't give us an adequate response to the stressful situation. I have been graciously granted a refund of 60 pounds for the annoyances of a horrible 4 nights stay of more than 900 pounds which seems more of a joke than anything else. A total scam not informing the clients in advance and charging such exorbitant figures per night. I plan to report all these outrageous facts on Booking.com

Really excelent location, central, walking distance to Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Big Ben, Buckingham. Lots of shops, restaurants, theatres nearby. Apartment is large, nice and well equiped.

Sofa bed is unconfortable. No cleaning service available although promomised at booking. Toiletries din't include soap.

very nicely organized apt, location is amazing at the heart of London, walking distance for tube and all POI. Sofa bed was good enough for two kids,

maid service that was promised was not available. when renting for 6 nights at least a towel replacement and basic cleaning would have been helpful.

Well appointed Apartment, facilities great for our group of 2 adults and teenager son. location can't be beaten , walking distance of theatres , shops, restaurants , Covent garden . Quiet at night . Good communication with company and ease of access. Hopefully will return again soon .

The apartment and the location are wonderful . Third stay . Can't find any faults ( maybe the sofa bed could have a thicker padding to be put on top when using it as a bed ??)
