Les chambres côté parking (il faut upgrader côté piscine pour avoir une jolie chambre). Un très mauvais wifi qui ne fonctionne bien que dans les parties communes, se coupe constamment dans les chambres

É a nossa segunda vez no VIVAZ, um hotel maravilhoso e que sempre nos surpreende. Quarto confortável, área de lazer incrível, piscina maravilhosa e café da manhã delicioso! E foi uma grata surpresa poder aproveitar o parque aquático anexo ao hotel! Meu filhinho de 4 anos amou! Voltaremos com certeza!

Hotel service is particularly good, english speaking, good advise and organisation. Nice and high level hotel facilities : nice design and confortable rooms, nice swimming pool area with bar, pool table, table tennis. Nice breakfast. Confortable beds. Nice bathroom.

Restaurant is based on buffet, with good but average food.

We booked the suite and it’s a little disappointing that you have to pay for everything, even a coffee in your room that is standard almost everywhere, also it’s a little overwhelming the push to spend more, as soon as you arrive you are pushed to buy an overpriced dinner buffet, in the room everything is separate payed. Also the pool is not heated in winter

Very good restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Amazing pool and ficilities.

The location isn’t the best because you are far from a lot of town unless you are there for slides which is next door.

Simple, yet clean hotel, 10 mins from Brazilian side of the Waterfalls. Breakfast was nice, dinner as well, but not overwhelming and overpriced (see below). It might be nicer in summer when people get the chance to use the Waterpark nearby and the pool. Staff was friendly and someone always spoke English. Rooms showed a bit of wear and tear and my shower head had a bit of mold.

The hotel is a bit remote, so be aware that you will always (!) need an Uber/Taxi if you move around. The remoteness also is reflected in the price of minibar items. It is quite loud until 11 pm with people walking and talking in the hallways, as well as kids running around and playing, but after 11 pm it gets quieter, though rooms are not well isolated.

Close to the airport but seems remote. Beautiful property. Great dinner buffet.

Not much I did not like. A little frustrating when I needed to buy an adapter for my hair dryer and was told the store would be open at nine, went there at nine and they said ten. At ten they said noon. That was about the only frustration. Make sure you have a converter for electrical things because my blow dryer fried our adapter.

Waterpark is closed when it rains, and my kids were looking forward to it Room was really hot over 30 deg when we arrived.

The staff were amazing. I did the all inclusive and all the food was great! They had pool side entertainment. Close to the falls I just got a taxi there

It’s a bit remote, the beds were quite creeky, made lots of noise. This is a family friendly hotel- there will be kids, and they will scream in the halls.

Our suite was beautiful, all the staff we talked with were friendly and helpful, there are lots of activities to keep you entertained, we enjoyed the buffets which were filled with local dishes and we liked that there was a natural area to explore

This hotel is very close to waterfalls, so you will the last to pick up and first to drop off for the tour. It has large swimming pool, animators, live music, own aqua park and small park in the woods. We really liked our stay there, I think this is the best option if you come for waterfalls, since tours to waterfalls finish at 2PM and you something to do the rest of the day at the hotel. Also they allowed us to stay till the evening by the swimming pool since we had our flight in the evening. Choose this hotel, you won’t regret it

Location is halfway between the falls and town Holiday decorations were FANTASTIC!!! Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was good, clean and a decent size. Beds were comfortable. Easy to book spa treatments & Get a massage after a day of walks and tours. Food was plentiful able to eat my fill of tasty Brazilian cuisine. Tour guide was helpful, we used google translate to have a conversation. Round pool was nice. Get a pool view room.

Definitely for families with kids not ideal for for social solo travelers. Nothing to do within walking distance.
