El desayuno es muy bueno, comida fresca y rica, el area de niños, los juegos y la pileta

Limpieza de las piletas, no te ayudan con las maletas, no hay ascensores, tienen un aplicacion para hacer el check in y no registra tus datos, tenes que volver a hacer todo de nuevo en mostrador, no tiene sentido utilizar la aplicacion.

Café da manhã bem aquém comparado a outros hotéis da mesma rede. Dispõe apenas de 1 restaurante interno bem mediano. Localização um pouco afastado. E arquitetura do quarto/banheiro um tanto quanto estranho, sem aconchego.

Fiz check-in no dia 06/12/2023 e check-out no dia 10/12/2023. Durante toda minha hospedagem o hotel inteiro estava sem sistema de Tv nos quartos. Conforme informado na recepção, o aparelho queimou. Como um hotel desse porte não tem um aparelho de distribuição de sinal de TV em reserva? Fui alocado em um quarto novo mas em todos os corredores do hotel existem goteiras pois estava chovendo e como tenho 80 anos o risco de escorregar e sofrer um acidente é enorme. Teto dos corredores todos mofados.

Rooms are nothing fancy but spacious, it felt comfortable. Shower is good although the water accumulates and makes the floor a bit wet.

Nothing around the hotel to get some basic groceries like water, snacks etc. Breakfast is ok but low quality food.

Nice quiet room, property has a tennis court, ping-pong table etc. The pool is nice but not so deep. Property is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful

This was the second time we have stayed at this lovely hotel in the perfect location to see some of the main attractions of the area. Beyond its convenient location, the hotel also has awesome recreational offerings including arcade games, pools, ping pong, tennis, basketball and more! Fantastic for families!

Unfortunately, it seems they no longer offer their dinner buffet which was nice after a long hiking day. The rooms are comfortable enough but I would expect very basic beds. Be ready to speak Portuguese or Spanish; not much English. Very kind staff though!

Pool was very nice, and great price!

First room we check intos toilet wouldn't flush. We had to go back down to get another room key to a different room. Also wifi wasn't very reliable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The food was cheap, but I would have preferred to pay more and eat better. There was no hot water on the second night. It was noisy in the corridors. The swimming pools were not clean. Air-conditioning was just above the beds and noisy.

Believe the walls in the new rooms are too thin, you can hear neighbors.
