Nice venue , nice interior and decorative. Staff friendly . Hotel comfortable

Room was a decent size and comfortable

Paid just under €500 for two nights and didn’t even get a breakfast. Had to get taxis to travel as the location is a bit out and no pool facilities at the hotel either. Poor value for money.

Shower head was not working, hot water was almost boiling, signs of previous repairs which are visibly in need of another repair... Not soundproof - you can enjoy vivid conversations in the corridor other customers staying on the floor Light cover in the corridor was smashed....

Exceptional food. Stunning environment; reception area, bar/restaurant. Extremely attentive and efficient bar/restaurant staff.

Beds are too small No air conditioner and can’t open the windows because of the bugs. There was no flexible shower head.

The carpet in the room made it a bit difficult to open the door After flushing the toilet, it made a loud noise for a while

lovely clean and well maintained hotel. staff overall were exceptionally helpful especially the bar staff o the late evening and those in reception particularly Joanne and another girl apologies I can’t recall her name.

The rooms I booked were good but the location was unsatisfactory. The rooms we were allocated were on the ground floor next to reception. On the first morning we were rudely awoken by a coach load arrival at 7 am and on the 2 nights of our stay the lift and toilet facilities were in constant use making it difficult to sleep. When we raised the issue on our departure with the manager Sandra we received a very poor response advising me I should have raised this earlier despite the fact I explained we’d been out all day on trips around Killarney. I was promised a call from the duty manager and I have emailed but am yet to receive any response. Overall lovely hotel with great staff but very poor management to customer complaints.

Very clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was 5 Star
