Rooms spacious and cleaned

The location not the best, the restaurant only had limited options for food and desserts

Buffet breakfast was good. Pizza was great. Salad dressing was not. Location was very handy - an easy 10 minute walk to the train station for a single-stop journey to the city centre on several different lines so trains were very frequent. Car parking was very secure.

Good wifi and hot water pressure. The room was very big with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. You are next to a road but do not hear any noise. Air conditioning was also very good. There is free parking on the streets but spaces are hard to find. I would stay here again

You are not really near anything and need a car to stay here but this is made up by the cheaper price you pay. Apart from 1 member of staff that wasn't very friendly, everyone else was friendly and always helpful

We liked the dining room downstairs and the breakfast buffet.

The building is very old and lacks maintenance in my opinion. The room was not comfortable and the bed is smaller than what you’d normally find at hotels.

Large family room with very comfortable beds. Parking garage underneath the hotel was very convenient for a decent price.

Staff really helpful and friendly, getting into the city was no problem.

Everything else. It’s 0.50€ to add milk to your tea, it’s 9€ vine in menu and 12 in the bill, strong smell of chlorine, ants in bed. Very unfriendly and toxic atmosphere. I was asked to leave cos my bag smells like weed, man I didn’t even smoked there. Hope there’s gonna be room in albufera hotel now as it’s cheaper and 10x better lol

Great breakfast, nice bathroom

Felt smoke in the room from previous guests, even a cigarette end in the toilet. The room itself was nice and clean but very dark as the window was faced to a closed space and there was a huge air condition in front of the room. Avoid room 216.

Horrible beds, hygiene was poor, facilities were poor, regretted my stay. whilst I was there was looking at other hotels so I could relocate :(

A great hotel with moderate and fair prices for its standards. Great customer service, excellent rooms and facilities. The cleanliness is great. Very peaceful and calm atmosphere.

The shower and bath, the hot water takes very long to come out and sometimes it doesn’t reach its hottest level and makes the shower experience unpleasant

The hotel is very good but you must take a train to Valencia which costs 5 euro to go and to come back.The worst is the time you loss for the train to arrive because it's just a 7 minute travel to Valencia.

Confortable and clean Breakfast

When I booked the room, it was mentioned that there is no additional cost for parking. But it was not the case when I checked out. I show it to the receptionist but she doesn't want to ear anything about that...grrrr

friendly staff, good size room

The property is very clean and luxurious ! The Maestro restaurant was really really nice ! The staff was amazing and tried their best to make us feel welcomed ! Highly recommend their ice-cream 😉
