The host Mr Boscolo was very helpful and nice ! Parking and sunchairs on beach was invluded. It was also very nice and clean apartment. City of Chioggia and Boattrip to Venize was super.

We had a great time in Sottomarina, thanks to Sig. Boscolo, who was a very friendly and helpfull host. The appartment is very nice, well equipped with a great view of the sea. Everything was just perfect, and we'd recommend the residence at any time!

We had a very pleasant stay in Roberto's appartment. It is located very close to the beach, where two seats and an umbrella were included. With the four (old) bycicles that were provided, we could easily discover the village and environment. The village has a very pleasant old centre, it looks a bit like Venice. Venice can easily be reached by boat (a 75 min trip), we did this twice. The appartment is spacious, clean and a guarded parking place for our car was provided very near. The only attention point: In weekends disco's are held on the beach with very loud music until midnight. We had a very pleasant stay. Robertro was very kind and helpful, and always around when needed. We can recommend Roberto's appartment to any family!

It's really nice appartment with good location, easy access to the sea, quite well equipped. Parking place behind the building. In reality just like in the pictures but not sea view.

It is really nice appartment with good location near the sea. For free on the beach there are 2 beds and 1 umbrella what we found very usefull. Appartment was clean and quite well equipped. Unforunatelly without sea view.

Appartement - we had a very spacious appartemet with two double rooms, one "living room" and one kitchen, bathroom and a big terace. The place was very bright, clean, fully equiped. It was in 2nd floor with elevator. Parking is included in price as well as connection to WiFi. Recomendation for next users - take with you some anti-mosquitos device - there are plenty of them and really hungry for tourists :-) Location - close to the big and nice sandy beach (aprox. 200m, included one umbrella and two sunbeds, big locker for keeping beach stuff directly on the beach for whole stay), very close to the Simply supermarket (in the same building), very close to the café (in the very next building, with really good cafe and even better home made sweet pastry), close to the good restaurants and gelateria (few minutes walk). Also historical city of Chioggia (bicycles rentable for free, or 5 min by car) was within comfort reach with its weekly market and nice athosphere. Owners: only the best :-) Really - they were very communicative, helpful. Every time ready to answer question and most importantly - always with big smile. We really enjoyed our stay (2 adults and 2 little kids) and we really reccomend this property.

Everything was better than in the announcement. The apartment was well-prepared and well-maintained. Manager was very helpful, willing to tell about the area and offered entertainment. There were a few shops and very good restaurants. Close to the beach. We are very pleased with both the holiday and with the cooperation of the owner. I highly recommend
