Le service était vraiment incroyable. Du jamais vu même dans les plus beaux hôtels 5 étoiles du monde. Un personnel au petit soin, service ultra classe et personnalisé, nourriture exquise et variée (le pâtissier est littéralement fantastique, même si on est pas des becs à miel on a pris un dessert à chaque repas tellement c’était bon). On voit que les rénovations sont régulières, tout est bien peint, bien fini, rien n’est laissé à l’abandon et au hasard. Mention spéciale pour le service du thé d’accueil en room service digne de la reine d’Angleterre. Tout le personnel nous a vraiment fait ressentir qu’ils étaient là pour qu’on soit le plus satisfaits possible et ne disent jamais non à une demande. Même le directeur est venu prendre des nouvelles en personne de chaque hôte.

Le prix, c’est vrai que c’est quand même un peu cher. La plage un poil petite et les chaises longues par conséquent un peu serrées. Mais cela reste anecdotique par rapport à la qualité du service et de l’infrastructure.

Amazing property and staff. Location is ideal with a beautiful, sandy beach that is so secluded it’s basically private. We only spent 3 nights here but wish we had stayed longer, it’s easily one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Particularly grateful to have been offered a complimentary late checkout, which made a big difference on our last day. Thank you so much!

Great location. Friendly staff. I was only there for 2 days but staff greeted me by name every time

Beautiful location at a gorgeous beach wiht beautiful sunsets. What's not to like? Rooms are comfortable with great views. The resort is within walking distance of the restaurant and bar scene of Grand Baie, but far enough away to not hear any of the noice

The staff was oddly off - very servile, but not really service minded. Especially the boat house people were anything but helpful - which was a pity, considering they had a great range of offerings from SUPs over kayaks to Hobie cats, all for free. Also in the restaurants only a few of the staff paid real attention. This was in sharp contrast to other luxury hotels in Mauritius, so not a cultural thing
