The location was very quiet and easy to find. We arrived very early in the morning and we received a warm welcome:, the transfer was waiting for us outside the airport and well visible. When we arrived at the Riad we were offered a small refreshing breakfast to recharge the batteries and start visiting the city. I recommend the dinner (to book in advance) at the Riad as it was delicious and it is a great way to taste the.genuine Maroccan cuisine. Breakfast is also delicious. The room (Dar Sultan) is large, well equipped and very quiet at night. Everyone at the Riad was friendly and they pay attention to all details to put guests at ease. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommended it!

Our stay was great here as it is a great value and we highly recommend staying here. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. I rarely give a 10/10 but this place deserved it - albeit for the price. This is not a FANCY place, but it is classic, clean and lovely decorated. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! Mouncef who served us breakfast each morning was especially friendly and very nice. Breakfast was eggs/omelette, fresh crepes, bread, honey, fruit jam, coffee/tea, juice, cake, fresh fruit. Good location and not far of a walk to main square and after a couple times we knew our way with no problems. We arranged to have a pick up from train station and again a return to the airport (where we picked up a rental car) and they arranged the tranfer and also helped us with our luggage to the pick up/drop off point at the Riad with no problem. (Check with Riad for prices). Great roof top view of Marrakech - also areas on roof area where you have breakfast with cushions and tables and an option to buy a cool drink from a fridge. GOOD WIFI here!! Shower was good, as was amount of hot water, though only hot water in one of the sinks in bathroom in Latifah suite. They also had a good hairdryer and a heated clothes drying rack in bathroom which travellers always appreciate. Quiet at night. We did not use the small dipping pool in courtyard but regretted we did not at least put our feet in after a long day sightseeing. The owner also put fresh cut roses everywhere (including rose petals on our bed one night - pictured) and orange blossom oil filled the air making everything smell clean and lovely. We did not eat dinner here but heard it was good. We also suggest eating at the restaurant Chez Yassine for great pizza and tajines close by...for GREAT pizzas and tajines and affordable. The owner named Zara is awesome!! We went twice and loved it.

Riad Fleur d Orient made our 1st visit to Marrakech an unforgettable experience . The location is perfect, walked almost everywhere. But a lot of taxis available in the corner as well. We were greeted by the staff Merriam when we arrived so we were able to find the Riad right away. Once we got to the Riad, she asked where we want to have our tea. Went to the rooftop which offered a beautiful night view. All the staff esp Merriam, Joseph and Saheed were WONDERFUL! They were welcoming and very nice, always have a smiles on their faces! The Riad’s decorations, rooms, and breakfast, everything were EXCEPTIONAL! The Riad and our room was very clean. We have the room Sara which is just a few steps from the pool. The only regret is not staying longer. Definitely staying here again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the north side of the medina and a number of good restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace is a lovely place for breakfast or tea.

This is a beautiful and comfortable riad in a fantastic location for exploring central Marrakesh. I travelled with 2 young children and it was very comfortable with them. The staff, especially Otman, were brilliant and accommodating. Highly recommended!

A beautiful, charming , authentic Riad close to all activities ,close to the Medina but you’re not in the center of the hustle and bustle. Our room the Sultana was spectacular, huge , nicely decorated with Moroccan furniture. We had a Moroccan breakfast every morning on the rooftop terrace which was plentiful. For Our last day we booked a hammam and a massage via the Riad. Wow! incredible, what a great way to close our vacation. This is a must in Morocco. You feel like a new person. Finally, I had booked an airport pick for our return and there was some miscommunication with the local operator regarding the pick up location. I called the Riad in error to see where he was and the manager rode his bike to our location at Dar El Bacha to make sure that we were ok. My sincere thanks to everyone for making our stay at Riad Fleur D’Orient so wonderful.

There’s a lot of construction work going on in the streets leading to the Riad , however once you get to the Riad the noise is gone.

The property was beautiful. The women serving breakfast were the best. They went above expectation.

The rooftop terrace smells of cat urine badly. Some of the people working reception weren't as helpful as we would have liked in terms of giving recommendations on parking and where to exchange currency. There isn't set parking! I wouldn't recommend this place to someone coming with their own vehicle. We paid 10 euros for parking overnight. It's a very busy area so parking is limited. The price for this stay is way too high when considering parking, location and the cat situation.

Location is good but the entrance is in a narrow and quiet alley distance from the main street, so a bit worrying to walk to the entrance especially if you return late night. Furthermore, hot water was not available sometimes maybe because of general usage.

We liked the breakfast, the staff was great (especially Saïd,who was always really helpful). Location really awsome, close to tourists atractions…

The only comment I would make is the location can be a little tricky to find when you first arrive. however it is easy enough to find once you’ve been there. if you are solo female travellers I would definitely keep in mind that it is recommended not to walk the lanes to the riad after midnight. that being said we never felt uncomfortable or unsafe.
