Tutto nella norma . L’aria condizionata in camera faceva troppo rumore. La piscina e’ sempre all’ ombra quindi in inverno inutilizzabile.

L’ hamman era sporco e poco caldo e il personale pessimo. Sono uscito prima del previsto!! La cucina del ristorante non mi e’ piaciuta. Servizio a colazione migliorabile.

Very comfortable hotel a few hundred meters from the entrance through the city walls. A great bar on the roof (also a quieter one downstairs) with views over the city. The rooms are comfortable and they provide a good breakfast. The gym is very well equipped and there is a pool, but it's not the biggest, but good to cool down. Finally what makes this hotel is the staff, nothing is to much trouble.

The hotel was nice and good options for breakfast.

It rained during our stay, so the hotel flooded. In our room there was water coming in from the wall, next to the electrical sockets.. when we asked for a room change they told us that this issue has occurred in other rooms as well and there is no availability. They claimed that the issue of the leak was addressed and that our room would be cleaned. It took 1.5 hours and 3 trips to reception to make our room habitable again. I spoke to the PR lady the next morning. She was helpful and tried yo switch our rooms, but we explained that it would be more trouble as we had only one night left in the hotel and since the issue was “addressed”. The next night it rained again and the room flooded even worse, when I went to reception they asked me to pack my belongings and they moved us to the suite for our last night. After changing rooms I went down to the reception and they told me “we hope you are happy now”, like it makes a difference if you sleep in a bigger room for a night. The worst thing is that upon check-in, they ask for a deposit equal to 50% of your total stay cost(400€), from your credit card. This amount is refundable in the end, as they told us. when we checked out, we had a bill of 100€ at the hotel bar and we had to make a new payment, so they could refund us the deposit in full. I paid and asked them when I will see the refund and they told me within the end of the day. 20 days later, still they haven’t returned the money, they do not reply in emails, they do not reply through the form of their website and they do not reply through booking. Totally unprofessional for a 5 star hotel. When you need their services the most, they underperform. I will take legal action against them.
