Ao menos, face aos constrangimentos todos que foram identificados, a funcionária de serviço no dia, Letícia, conseguiu arranjar uma solução para que não ficássemos sem alojamento, embora não nos fosse possível utilizar a unidade que reservamos.

Aquando da nossa chegada, tivemos de esperar 40 minutos para abrirem a porta da unidade 3 (que alegadamente tinham deixado aberta para nós) e uns senhores - outros hóspedes a quem alegadamente foi reservada a unidade 1- já estavam no nosso apartamento porque simplesmente decidiram mudar e não sofreram consequências. Era o aniversário da minha namorada e tinha pedido para preparem uma surpresa que, efetivamente, atenderam mas ficou no quarto para os outros senhores... Que nem se dignaram a vir trazer as coisas nem ninguém tentou substituir. Parece piada, mas não é. Ademais, face à impossibilidade de ficarmos na unidade 3 acabamos por ficar na unidade 1, junto à area comum e portanto sem a privacidade e as comodidades que previamente reservamos. Toda esta situação causou um transtorno imensurável na nossa estadia. Reservamos o local, agendamos folgas, e mesmo assim não tivemos a experiência prometida. Mesmo na unidade 1, as condições não eram as melhores, nem correspondiam às imagens do alojamento disponível no Booking. Cá fora...O Jacuzzi sujo, com uma crosta amarela no lado esquerdo do jacuzzi junto ao assento. O Jacuzzi inclusive faz barulho a noite toda....e estando na unidade 1, o barulho foi especialmente intenso...Não adorei.... Na unidade propriamente dita... não têm sal nem azeite no apartamento, instruções para a placa de indução pouco claras, tivemos de recorrer ao site da Siemens para perceber o porquê da boca da placa não suportar a panela que tínhamos colocado. Deixo aqui o spoil que têm de ajustar o tamanho da base em metal da frigideira/panela em função do tamanho da boca, até encontrarem a perfeita, para a indução funcionar propriamente. Tivemos de lavar todos os pratos e tigelas que utilizamos uma vez que existiam bichinhos pequeninos a andar sobre eles nos armários, i.e., 2° armário superior. O sofá cheio de manchas e sujo. Espelho também cheio de manchas pretas...

Everything was great! Welcoming basket was a lovely surprise… we never struggled to find parking and generally it was a good location.

El agua del jacuzzi no era caliente.

Staff very responsive and helpful. Cleaned when asked. The place was very comfortable. The welcome tray was a real treat to sample the local food.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to the Centre along the beautiful Seashore. Black sand beach is 5 mins away. Big windows and open terrace with Ocean view. Clean and well equipped. Host is very supportive and easy to communicate with.

Coast Flats were great for a short stay in San Miguel, the Azores. The property was compact but modern and well furnished and met all our needs. Location is touch outside of Ponta Delgada, but well within walking distance and also walking distance of the beaches at Sao Roche. The hosts were very helpful and communicated well throughout our stay and beforehand always answering our messages very swiftly.

The communal hot tub was nice but appeared not to have been adequately cleaned and was very dirty when we went to use it one night. A few appliances weren't working when we arrived, however full credit to the hosts, who had someone round and fixed/ replaced the issues the very next day.

the location only but overall nothing , as it’s was very bad mouldy smell in apartments when we entered and even water from bottle from kitchen was taste mouldy . the sheets were smelling not fresh at all and mouldy. the apartment was feeling dirty , the cleaning was very poor and we didn’t feel comfortable at all. the location is good , the Decor of flats were nice but old and not maintained furniture . I can say definitely needs refurbished and better maintained
