Great location. a short walk away from all major attractions. Clean and well kept quarters.

The interior of the accommodation was exactly what we expected from the website. The exterior was a bit confusing as we thought it was going to be a small cottage with the exterior of the house on the website. The pool was immaculate and property well kept. Convenient location to downtown Duval and local grocery store. Overall we had an excellent vacation in Key West. Thank you!

Quiet neighborhood close to Duval great pool area extra clean

We had an amazing stay here! The property is perfect and looks exactly as it does in the photos. It is located on a quiet street in walking distance to everything Key West has to offer.

This is a perfect place to enjoy a nice relaxing vacation. It's tucked in among other bungalows but still private. The decor is nicely done and not a lot of decorative clutter to get in the way of your own personal items. Everything you need is included for your convenience. The pool is also refreshing and very clean! The place is centrally located to anywhere you would like to go in Key West. You can walk or rent bicycles and get to just about everywhere if a few minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

cottage was exactly as advertised. updated, equipped and clean. location is in the heart of everything - easy walking all around. community pool is small but clean and charming. the grounds of the complex are cleaned up everyday and its lushly landscaped. everyone we met (and their dogs) staying in the other cottages were very nice and friendly. we had a great time.

Once again (we are repeat renters) I do not want to write a review that will entice people to book. We want to come back. Joking aside, beautiful, quiet, well appointed and perfect oasis in downtown key west. Clean, bright, private and comfy. We will be back.

Loved it!

This property is a really cool spot. It’s perfect for a couple trying to get away and relax. Its nestled back with 4-5 other bungalows, in a perfect spot. We had issues when we first arrived getting the key code into courtyard, but that was quickly fixed with a call. The rental agency mentioned their software was glitching a tad and apologized for the issue, but it was no big deal at all. The place is well within walking distance to the best attractions in Key West. We didn’t rent a car or bike and could easily get everywhere we wanted to go. We would 100% stay here again when we come back.

Wonderful location just a couple blocks from Duval Street. Loved the quite secluded charm with the added entry door to the courtyard which gave the feel of your own little resort. Pool was wonderful after a hot day out. Beautiful trees and landscaping, great for having coffee on your private deck/porch. Well equipped kitchen for basic cooking. Comfortable bed and upgraded bathroom with nice shower. The only suggestion would be to upgrade the kitchen counter from the old tile, such as other units in the Colony have done. And perhaps replace the kitchen shelves with some cabinets. Otherwise a cute and comfortable unit.

The property was clean and conveniently located. Close to all the great locations Key West has to offer, but still quiet and quant. The pool was great! Clean and well-maintained. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This quaint, quiet, lovely maintained property is situated within walking/bike riding distance to everything. The pool is wonderfully kept with both sun and shade spots to enjoy. The unit had everything we needed and seemed more spacious than anticipated. The decor was cheery and welcoming. I lost a a favourite bathing suit (still MIA) and the property manager was very nice to follow up in the midst of an impending hurricane. We will definitely return to this lovely oasis in Key West.

Clean and great location!!

The cottage was cozy and clean. I would recommend staying here for people that will be sharing the king size bed. The sleeper sofa is hopelessly uncomfortable....my kiddo would rather sleep on the floor. It really shouldn't count as a bed. The cottage is so close to everything and generally quiet. The pool is great! Just right after a hot summer day around town.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. It was perfect! We could, and did, walk everywhere from our cabin, 15 minutes in either direction we were either at the southernmost buoy or our favorite coffee shop (The Funky Rooster) by Mallory square.

We really loved our stay at Colony Sunset! Perfect location, easy to get around, nice pool area and the cottage was perfect. We're hoping to return next year.

Unit was well equipped for my wife and I and we were able to use the pool pretty much to ourselves a couple days. I think there are about 8-10 units that share it. Nice Quiet neighborhood and roughly a 15-20 min walk to the sloppy joe area of Duval. There are about 5 parking spots in the lot that are first come first serve but more on the street. We rented a scooter and had no problem finding a spot to squeeze it in. On checkout day we had a later flight out so we were able to drop our luggage at their office 3 blocks away so we didn’t have to carry them with us. Overall would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Perfect set-up and location for everything we wanted to do. We were able to check-in early. Only glitch was missing gate code to get into the complex. Tenant took pity and let us in.
