We arrived a little early, communicated that was property owner. Within minutes we were able to check in. The property was just as stated and pictured. My stay was perfect. A 10 minute walk to the beach and a 1 minute walk to the pool. We felt secure in our stay. I would recommend them in the future..

Our experience was excellent with this property. Very clean,spacious and very convenient. Great for our family trip and perfect for my daughter's 9th birthday get together. We enjoyed out stay! The pool was the kids favorite. The beach was minutes away. Great view! It was just amazing!

Excellent location!
We came to Destin to celebrate our parents 50+ anniversary & chose Poolside Paradise which turned out to be perfect for the 15 of us! We loved Randy, the beach shuttle driver who took us many times back & forth to the beautiful white sand beach! The kids would leave the beach & walk right out our front door to enjoy the amazing pool. We loved the covered balconies on every level for drying out our wet towels & suits as well. Huge washer & dryer was handy! Loved every minute!

House temperature
Great location, easy to navigate and accommodate our large group of 13. The only recommendation we have is to allow access to cool the air conditioning so the rooms upstairs stay comfortable. One of the portable fans never worked so we had to buy a fan for this room. Even with the fans the upstairs bedrooms never felt cool.
Downstairs and all common areas had a comfortable temperature setting.

The property was nice and clean. The ice maker was broken, and some of shelves in the refrigerator were broken. But our overall experience was good. We enjoyed the pool and the area.

Great stay
The house was lovely, across from the pool, 10 minute walk from the beach. Take advantage of the shuttle bus to the beach, driver was friendly and accommodating, we tipped him well. We were worried about kids losing the pool bands that the charge was $40 for missing bands but the pool did not seem to check for the bands so we left them in the house. When we arrived, the trash had not been taken out to the curb on trash day by the previous renters. I messaged the owner and got a prompt response. A mild inconvenience for a few days to have to haul our trash to the back of the complex because the cans were full. Bring or purchase plenty of trash bags, paper towels, etc for your stay.

Everything else was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone had a great time. Btw. The hot tub was gross. Didn’t work properly and seemed dirty.

PoolParadise Convenience
Our weather was crummy, but, we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless. There were a few issues as a result of the previous renters, but, we worked with the owner to accommodate her repairmen. Beds slept great. Sadly, the beach is more like 4 blocks away, walking is not an option with loads of kids and beach toys. Bonus...the pool is right out the front door!

We enjoyed staying here and would come back! Very clean, pool right across the street. Beach shuttle was priceless. House was fully stocked and had plenty of towels! Just pay attention to the parking situation. If you park in an I designated spot you will be towed!

Family of 16
Nice place for the money and Liked the pool, but Too far to walk to the beach. About a 10 minute walk. Dryer took 4-5 cycles per load to dry. A/C locked no lower than 69 and took way too long to cool 3rd floor. 2nd floor bunk room had no ceiling fan, so got stuffy, but there are a few box fans on site. Limited parking at house and very little overflow parking. Many of the houses in the community struggled with the parking as well. Pillows were not great so bring your own. TV on third floor didn’t work. Over all we still had a great experience! Manager was easy to contact

Wonderful gated community
This property is prime! Plenty of beds, towels, dishes and pans! The owners were fantastic to work with, honest and were fast responding!This house is across the street from the pool. The pool has a shallow part for toddlers and a deeper part for adults. And it is a nice walk to the ocean! This was our first time in Destin and can't wait to go back!

Crystal villages experience
The owners were very quick to respond. There were a few minor issues (grill didn’t work, fan and light in kids room didn’t work), but other than that it was a great stay. Inside decor is not as nice as the pictures. Cosmetically, it’s “ok” but I think that’s to be expected in a highly used condo in the middle of the summer. The pool is nice but very crowded. Overall it was a good fit for our family and close to the beach. Despite the minor above details we would stay here again.

Destin Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The house accommodated all of our needs with plenty of space for entertaining and relaxing. Being steps away from the pool was wonderful and convenient. The beach trolley was a nice perk and easy access to the beach. The owners were very responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. Definitely recommend!

Our stay was overall amazing! House was really clean and beautiful. My family and I were very pleased with our stay. We were able to walk a short distance to the beach. The view to the pool from the balconies was gorgeous. Becky was very helpful and answered all of my questions I had very fast. Definitely recommend!
