No breakfast was provided when we paid for breakfast.So I would like some form of compensation for the 2 days we stayed and had no breakfast. Plus, the kitchen had not been cleaned for some time.

We rented two rooms (Room 3 & Room 5). Room 5 is on the second floor, with 3 single beds put side by side without any space for suitcases. Room 3 is on the ground floor, inside the kitchen, with two single beds put together, and no space for suitcases. The area of each room should be 269 square feet according to the description on their website. I guess the area of Room 3 and Room 5 is at most 150 square feet and 200 square feet respectively. The basic necessities are lacking, e.g. shower gel and shampoo. What is worst is the unbearable smell from the kitchen. Room 3 should not be rented as a guest room.

You could cook your own food

My room was in the kitchen and people was cooking food at 12pm at night other than that room I think the other rooms could be more better overall beds was comfy value for room was okay id stay again just nit in number 3

Advertised with pictures as bed and breakfast which should be taken down as not done breakfast for a while and now not available, room tiny and beds too so not good

It was advertised as a Bed and Breakfast but when I arrived I was informed by txt no breakfast was available.No refund was offered.Also despite no breakfast there were also no tea/coffee facilities available in the room.To compound this I had an extremley poor sleep due to excessive noise coming from the room underneath mine until the early hours,[I was in room 6].Listening to their VERY loud converstions I was under the impression at least one of them was a resident and not a guest.This excessive noise needs to be addressed.

2 towels for 3 guests, no breakfast when advert says b&b, really small room and 2 beds out of 3 uncomfortable. Hair from previous guests on our bedding pillow and under pillow clearly sheets not been changed between guests

Location, shower, relatively quiet. It was clean and tidy and although I didn't use the kitchen I could see it was the same and well equipped.

I had trouble accessing via the key codes. The bedroom had little space having x3 single beds in a space only really big enough for 2. Door lock was lose.

It did have it's downside ,no breakfast available. No tea & coffee in the room or available in the kitchen which was there.

Very comfortable beds and clean rooms in a quiet location outside Oxford. A good Indian/Nepalese restaurant around the corner. Also had a shared kitchen with a laundry machine.

Advertised as Bed and Breakfast. Look at the sign above the door. No breakfast. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Everything very basic. We didn't stay for our second night. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I booked bed and breakfast when I arrived at the hotel I was told there was no breakfast available and wasn’t offered any kind of refund which I found really bad

The initial cleanliness, location and helpfulness of the owner when contacted. As some of my family had to extend their stay we were there due to visiting a terminally ill family member.

The staff! they were unhelpful and surly. We never received receipts when paying cash for the extra nights. It is advertised as Bed & breakfast but that wasn't the case as it was a communal kitchen which other users did not clean up after wards..
