Everything! The staff is very warm and always eager to help. The hotel is very nice, service is great, amazing breakfast and great location. The room was a dream, super clean, relaxing decor and had a nice little private terrace.

we love love loved it !! location is great . staff were super friendly , we were well looked after by the owner’s son. The family seem to run the business. we wished we could have stayed longer . Room was amazing , super good design and great views !

the only thing that this place offered that was good is the terrace view - everything else was a disaster

we chose this hotel because of the 4 star rating and good reviews. sadly, many things were not even 2 star quality. - showers had a mold. We called the front desk guy Peter and he sent the cleaning lady. I explained to her that it’s not dirt but there is mold that needs to be taken care of. She left and the front desk guy came, looked and went back and said let’s see what we can do. we were told they will work on this issue while we are away. We got back to the room and all they did was cover it with white paste. This is heath violation to have molds as it affects your health. - I complained that I wasn’t happy with how they tried to cover it, they didn’t offer to us discount or a new room. At this point, our honeymoon is ruined since my husband now felt bad that he booked bad hotel - what supposed to be a pleasant luxury stay. The front desk was on the phone all the time and Peter told me to talk to someone else, at which point I was upset because I needed him to handle this since he is the one who checked us in in the first place. when he did that I asked to talk to the manager - Manager, Giovanni was a nice guy - he offered to take care of everything, but even free lunch and bottle of inexpensive champagne didn’t make us feel good at all. We didn’t want to complain more at this point and tried to just cut our losses and enjoy our remaining 2 days in Capri - Terrible condition of the room: small rooms, outdated bathroom, molded, dirty chairs, dusty curtains, no cushions on the terrace furniture. - Cleaning wasn’t good at all - We forgot the key in the room - they only have one key? the only other key was with the cleaning lady. Instead of helping us, they asked us to go find the cleaning lady. Hello?! It’s 4 star hotel and you don’t have extra keys? Terrible - I wish we could take it back and never stayed in this hotel

They don’t have a vehicle to pick the customers from the port similar to other hotels

Amazing location! Breakfast was perfect, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Our restaurant reservation fell through and they helped us book an incredible restaurant that is typically hard to get a table!

The property has a great location and outstanding view of the Faraglioni Rocks. With a great atmosphere and unique personal service. at the front desk Night Shift MR Giuseppe is an asset to the property. he goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is the best. When you visit La Residenza in Capri, ask for Giuseppe, he makes your stay unique and special. thank you very much!! This hotel has been refurbished recently and the rooms are spectacular with a huge bathroom. highly recommended
