The bed was the most comfortable one during out 2 week stay in Nova Scotia. Restaurant server was extremely pleasant and tried her best to speak English.

I am confused about the room price. I called hotel to see if we could change date to one day earlier and your hotel said yes, they had rooms. I then called Booking .com to tell them to change the date, they had rooms. Booking called back to say no, they did not, but I told them that they did. then booking called back and said she did get me a room and it would be $289 including tax. checking out I was charged $300. Not a big deal, but annoying on so many levels. Also, you have obviously spent a lot of money on the bathrooms, yet ours had 3 cracks in the sink. The hand mirror in our room looked extremely sharp around the edges and dangerous. Why not have on extendable one on the wall where kids aren't likely to grab. Also, not a fan of dining room on second floor. Confusing. Starbucks right beside elevators was crammed. People, kids and trolleys all waiting in tight area by Starbucks with parents and kids running around was not a good layout. You also needed more trolley's!!!

Spacious room with a lovely view. Comfy bed.

Shower was useless and the staff must have known about it so why check guests into a room with a known problem?!

Excellent and attentive service

I wish the restaurant was open until 10:00. We arrived at 9:15 after a long day and could not get anything to eat at the hotel.

Breakfast was included but you had to pay extra if you wanted bacon or ham or whatever. it makes no sense to have eggs toast bagels pancakes cereal coffee juice etc and then tell me I need to buy the bacon.

the room was with wood floor so there was a lot of nice when you walk on it the restaurant next to the hotel wasn't so nice as we booked from the hotel and got a table near the window ..whene we arrive with the reservation to the restaurant ...we got a lot of excuses why it is not available
