Very convenient property, location good with great free parking. Grocery store within walking distance. Nice free breakfast included

I could smell cigarette smoke not sure where it was coming from.

With the one exception listed under what we didn't like, or rather disappointed about, the room and facilities were very much as advertised. Great room, breakfast was very well organized and wonderful as were the beds.
We had been looking forward to having a view from our room of the St Laurent and the Quebec north shore, but found that trees between the hotel and the river, obscured the latter. Still liked to Hotel and our Room, just disappointed about the view, so close and yet so far

Staff I found rude, no view unless you like looking at the parking.

Poor. Little choice and not warm
We could have been informed that we would have to walk up a set of stairs. We are seniors with mobility issues. Bed was uncomfortable and towels were very clean but also very frayed and worn. $200. was way too much for what we received. No microwave in the room. Will not book this establishment again.

Breakfast was great!! Room was clean and beds confortable. The cafeteria for the breakfasts was very clean.
That the Pool was not open on Monday 3rd which was Holiday, and excuse received is that the lifeguards went to school, when it was a National Holiday: Labour Day

It was a good room for a quick overnight stay
Parking was full when we arrived. Had to squeez into a spot.
