The room we booked had breakfast included, which was delicious. Bacon, eggs, turkey, pancakes, toast, bagels, mixed fruit and sweets - weekends are buffet! The room was well cleaned, and the pool was also well kept. Staff were very friendly and helpful! The beds were comfortable. The nescafe coffee was delicious.

Upon our arrival our mini fridge was broken. They brought a replacement but it didn't keep anything cold either. The bathroom in our room was quite small, and the beds were also quite small. The pool and slide were great, however, I find it difficult that I cannot take my young child down the slide with me, but I could sign a waiver for my 3 year old to go alone. I understand the safety, just frustrating. We also stayed on a Saturday night into Sunday, and we were placed right by the elevator. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but there were a lot of very loud, disruptive people getting off the elevator at 2am and walking up the halls.

It was in a great location close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Upon leaving the check-in desk, we saw an escalator up to what we thought was the second floor. Our room was on the second floor so we took the escalator up, only to end up in a large gala where we we had to push through to get to any sort of exit. We got onto an elevator which turned out to be a staff elevator. It went to the basement and then back to the gala. We were escorted out by a staff member who thankfully helped us get to the actual second floor. I felt like all of this could have been avoided if the check-in person would have told us not to take the escalator and pointed to where the guest elevator was. Our room smelled like it had been sitting damp? For a while. Like an old damp towel. The temperature in the room was very hard to regulate, we were either freezing or sweating.

Location was nice.

Many tourist bus stop at this hotel, so if you are lucky, you will not check in at the same time as these bus. One of the two elevator stopped working, it was then a nightmare to go to our room. Stains on bed sheets. Restaurant was not good, and expansive.
