房間出乎預料的大！還有king size bed，而且木質地很板乾淨還上過蠟。
剛進入建築時有點味道。房裡的落地燈昏暗，希望能維修一下。

-Amenities were very basic
-Coffee both served at breakfast and the one provided in the room were not tasty at all. This was very disappointing.
-Room cleaning was not very well done (e.g. I have black hair but there was a long blond hair on one of the pillows. Cleanliness of the room was questionable last year as well.

The staff made up for many things by going out of their way for us on various occasions. They deserve a better workplace.
The place is falling apart. The windows didn't have screens. I attempted to slide one open nonetheless because the room was so stuffy, but it flopped. It wasn't actually in a groove or connected to the frame.
The place was being painted in random areas, and we're sensitive to odors. The cleaning supplies smells were intense.
The water needs a filtration system. It reeked of sulfur.
The comforter was ripped in a few places. I'm surprised there weren't better reviews for this place. A warning would have been nice.

Good breakfast. Quiet room! Comfortable beds. Spacious enough room. Excellent cleaning staff! Very, very good value for money. Good location in Richmond Hill. I was especially impressed with the mailed return of some clothing items we inadvertently left behind in one of the drawers.
Not much we didn't like! :) The odd communication uncertainty (minor).

There were no towels in the room, the television was not working, even my key card didn't work, I had to go back to the reception 3 times, when I called from the room, no one ever answered. I'm very disappointed.

The room was quiet and was able to sleep well. Plenty of hot water and heater worked well. Very clean and comfortable. Also there were plenty of plugs to charge all of my devices.

Had a great breakfast (Waffles, toast, yogurt, bagels etc) Staff were very friendly. Was a great price and room was clean.

Free breakfast & very pet friendly hotel as long as you have cage and your dog is not noisy ($20 per dog/per night). Good price specially if you stay more, staff are very friendly and free parking. The receptionist will help you as much as posibble and they do their best to accomodate you.

bathroom was ugly, bath mat was dirt. need better pillows and room was kinda congested plus funny smell in hallway for a no smoking hotel.

Constant whirring noise - not air conditioning or fan that we could control - loud enough to delay getting to sleeping. People talking in the hallway.

Need a major remodeling and renovation!! Almost everything was broken or in bad condition.

You can see remodelling in room. Breakfast average typical hotel menu but was well stocked.Staff friendly arrived late.
Parking lot small, found a spot thou. Halls need new carpet some Reno’s. Bar by check in had loud music, voices, but didn’t hear once threw doors to hall.

Friendliness of the staff, telephone call made in advance by the staff to make sure that we would be okay if the elevator was out of service.
Quick response for the extra bed request
We understood the elevator was out of service but the stairs were not clean. We are already so disappointed on arrival.
Our room wasn’t very clean either. I don’t think the room was either vacuumed or mopped carefully before our check in as we found some tiny pieces of trash on the floor and in the bathroom. Also we payed for an extra bed but the bed springs were hurting my son’s back and he couldn’t sleep very well. The hotel seems like they are trying to upgrade the facility by doing the renovation but the cleanliness and the overall quality are…? It was a bit more overpriced..I have to say :(
