Breakfast meals tasted great! The pools were nice. Staff was polite!

One waitress needed more training in the restaurant. Served us hot chocolate that was cold. My grandson spilt it because the cup was really heavy for him. She never topped our coffee, we asked another waitress on shift. She tried to take our extra ticket when we only had three meals because our one grandchild only ate my toast. Waitress was a bit scattered. The woman that served us the day before for breakfast was a phenomenal server. She was absolutely incredible. Gave her a good tip!

Many kids running and playing up and down the hallways both evenings from 6-12:30 pm. Even playing basketball or something at one point. Would've liked to rest for work, although I was young once and like when they have a blast. Just wish I was on a different floor or something if they were going to have a bunch of fun in the hallways and rooms. Also found a bandage or something in my food one night. Not the end of the world, but a little gross.

first they gave us a room in the other building it was beside the swimming pool and it was very noisy then they changed us to higher floor in tower building and it was really nice

the delta part of the hotel is very noisy but the tower part is very quite

Check in was very inconvenient- stayed in the atrium side and there was no person at the desk for check in. I had to walk across the street to an entirety different building to check in. There was no security at night and there were a very noisy bunch staying close to our room who were running the hallways and very noisy all night. There was also a very intimidating group that blocked the way coming back from having to check in across the street at night.
