La chambre était superbe, le confort également. Nous avons tous bien dormi. Nous étions centralisé pour tous nos activités.

J'ai réservé la chambre pour 3 personnes et lorsque je suis arrivé pour déjeuner avec ma famille il fallait que je débourse pour mon fils car la réservation pour le petit déjeuner était de 2 :-( . Je trouve déplorable de réserver une chambre pour un nombre et ne pas retrouver celui ci pour le déjeuner :-( Il est selon moi logique que si je réserve une chambre pour un certain nombre que pour le déjeuner celui-ci soit le même. De plus le café était froid, et tout ce qui devait être chaud était tiède au niveau de la nourriture. En plus de ne pas pouvoir déjeuner en famille mon brunch était froid. De plus je réserve une chambre en plein centre ville et je n'arrive pas en bicyclette mais en voiture et je dois payer un surplus pour ce service. Lorsque nous partons en vacances le but n'est pas d'avoir des coûts cachés mais d'avoir un tout inclus. Je payais mon hôtel en plein centre ville pour ne pas me caser la tête avec les nombreux parcomètre et finalement ça n'a pas été le cas.

location was great, located over subway station,, near old Montreal , old port, Montreal downtown, museum.. there valet parking for a fee, convenient to get your car in place while you enjoy hanging out. there a restaurant but i didn't try it, wine place, bar locate in the second floor close to reception. Underground city is next to the hotel as well. mont royal park is like 20 min walk & many more attractions close by.

Classic bait and switch - advertised a rate on Booking.com that included BREAKFAST— I specifically chose that rate so we could have breakfast already paid for. HOWEVER - the rate description changed at purchase to NOT including breakfast. The manager of the front desk rudely muttered in French to the polite young woman checking us in —- if it doesn’t say in the computer they don’t pay for breakfast than they did not. — ALSO - our booking.com rate was described as WATER VIEW. Hahaha another bait and switch. No mention of this at check in — just an average crappy view. No apology no kindness — just a brush off.

I booked the room to share with two colleagues who arrived from different countries. There was nowhere to give the names of my colleagues and their arrival times. When the first of us arrived the reception refused to give the room to her and instead forced her to book another room. That is not acceptable. The hotel should have a system to register beforehand the names of adults that are coming to the room.

Great service, terrific location

Its location - within walking distance to many places of interest e.g. the Notre Dame Basilica, the main downtown street, Rue St. Catherine and even to Chinatown! The hotel itself is well maintained; the room was fairly large, clean and comfortable and staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Great breakfast menu and high quality of food. Very friendly and helpful staff around the hotel. Comfy bed, lovely toiletries in the bathroom and lots of big towels. Perfect!

More choice for non - meat eaters in the restaurant. We did enjoy our meals there. Very attentive waiters and nice ambience. No kettle in the room…….just a fiddly contraption which wasn't much good for making two cups of tea at a time!

Close To all the attractions breakfast was excellent, and it was included. Overall very good hotel.

Where To pull your car up to enter the hotel. I had to park in front and ask for someone to come out and park my car a little confusing
