The rooms are starting to show their age a bit. Also, I wish the shower had more pressure.

Everything was just perfect. Was more than we expected.

Well, there was a obviously some sort of youth event on for there was MUCH running up and down stairs and the halls.

I don’t like that they don’t offer free breakfast in the morning like other hotels do .

In all honesty, the only good thing about this hotel was the front desk staff. They were helpful and accommodating. They adjusted our booking so we wouldn't have to switch rooms and were really kind when issues arose.

We found MARIJUANA in the microwave in our room and management did absolutely NOTHING to make it better. The summary of the answer we got was... "it's legal, what's your issue?". My issue is, my LITTLE KIDS could have found it. And I've been ghosted by management since my complaints. Zero attempt to please the customer. My husband had to fix the bathroom sink because it wouldn't drain. The towel rack in the bath was broken and sharp. The walk in shower stall was filmy with soap scum and the lighting in the bathroom was so dark it was impossible to do my makeup in the bathroom. It was an absolutely HORRIBLE stay.

The jacuzzi was nice and main reason I booked the room. Shower was HUGE and a bonus to see the size, mini fridge and kitchen utensils were great to see also.

The shower head sucked with very very little pressure. Mini fridge was non operational. Check in staff never explained the deposit at check in and just took the money.

The room was amazing! Comfortable, the staff were super friendly, the Ricky's was great, the waitor on March 11th evening staff was awesome too! As well as the location

The shower, (the soap holder was broken) The bathroom could use a towel rack And the mini fridge wasn't working and ruined some food..
