Unser Zimmer im 1. OG des Gebäudes, in dem sich auch der Poolbereich befindet, war groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten und vor allem lag es direkt an der Promenade in Richtung Westen, so dass wir vom Balkon aus den Sonnenuntergang bewundern konnten. Kurz vor unserem Aufenthalt erhielten wir die Information, dass im Hotel aktuell Bauarbeiten stattfinden und daher mit Einschränkungen zu rechnen sei. Hiervon war zum Glück so gut wie nichts zu merken. Das Restaurant, in dem auch ein für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr umfangreiches Frühstück serviert wurde (u.a. Bagel und Eierspeisen wie Omelett auf Wunsch) war im Zelt auf dem Platz zwischen den Gebäuden. Es war wirklich klasse hier und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

Mein Sohn und ich haben auf einem Roadtrip von New York nach Key West eine Nacht in diesem Hotel gebucht. Unser Zimmer ging zum Swimmingpool, so dass es sehr ruhig war. Die Klimaanlage hätte etwas leiser sein können. Leider hatten wir dieses Problem in mehreren Hotels auf unserer Reise Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, da fast alles Fußläufig zu erreichen war. Der Service am Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und auch das Valetparking hat gut funkitoniert.

Die Klimaanlage hätte etwas leiser sein können.

The view of the ocean and key west channel was beautiful from our hotel room.

I loved the location and the view.

For the cost, I thought the room could use some upgrades. Also, the drapery/blinds on the balcony doors didn’t work so couldn’t lift those to get light in. Wall paper was peeling off in the bathroom. Also, the layout of the bathroom was odd. The sink was outside and around the corner from the shower/toilet. Also, made a couple requests of guest services that were not met. And these were very simple requests, such as asking for a couple extra hangers that were never brought to us.

Very comfortable rooms and beds. Lovely pool and surroundings. Great location right on the waterfront. Rooms very clean.

My only gripe is that I’d like better performance on environmental issues. Towels don’t need to be changed daily (unless requested by the guest). Coffee cups in rooms should be china with metal teaspoons rather than disposable, and milk could be a jug of fresh milk rather than disposable plastic pods.
