Comfortable beds. Very friendly and available staff. House keeping amazing with coming and making the sofa bed comfy for our teenager.
Very pleasant stay overall. Good food and massage places around walking distance.
Bonus outdoor pool and hot tub to take the travel aches away

the air conditioner is really loud, there was no remotes for the TV, 2 lamps were broken and didn’t have lightbulbs in them

The staff was pleasant and helpful. I needed a Microwave oven and the reception arrange for it.
Breakfast should have more varieties.
I and my spouse do not take Pork and Beef.
More varieties like Chicken Sausage and eggs made in different ways should have been available.

Our room heater was not working. And it made my partner sick

The second time the my neighbours were noisy.

Comfy bed, friendly staff, clean and quiet
Towels were like sandpaper, toilet didn't flush properly

Breakfast was mediocre.
It was terribly loud with parties going on till about 2am at the wild fig bar.

I would add slippers and refrigerator, I would add tooth paste and better quality shampoo and body wash.

Beds were comfortable, the room was clean but a bit outdated. Breakfast was not free but it offered variety of choices.
The location was absolutely great!! We loved the outdoor pool and a hot tub.
The coffee maker was broken but replaced after. The gym equipment was not working, only 1 exercise machine.
It was too expensive, $330 per night! I stayed in hotels similar or higher caliber at a lot less price. Definitely overpriced!

we arrived to a stifling hot room. they put us on the 11th floor. no fan, no window. the level of false advertising in the pictures on booking.com is absolutely brutal, this place is a complete dump compared to pictures.
