It was very clean

No free breakfast. The pool looked like people went to have a whole pool party and there was stuff all over the place. People didn’t even have a reservation at the hotel and they were there at the pool side leaving towels and soda cans everywhere. We didn’t even get to go in the pool being that there was just too much going on and people swimming in for free.

The AC didn’t work and we weren’t able to sleep because it was sooo hot!! We were really uncomfortable, I called front desk and they said they would send someone to look at it, never came! Ruined my vacation to be honest, nice hotel in the inside but not what I expected at all! When checking out, a lot of people were complaining about being hot all night and unable to sleep! Not sure if this is a common problem there with their AC!

Carpet was super dirty. Black feet within 5 minutes.

The air conditioner in the room did not work. The staff said they couldn't do anything for me because I had booked through booking.com The room was over 80 degrees The windows did not open at all, one of daughters ended up feeling sick and throwing up (then they changed us into a room with a/c after 4am)

convenient location- and generally nice hotel. we enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool. My husband loves the cookies.

The room had a refrigerator without a freezer section- so we couldn’t refreeze our ice packs needed for the next day’s events. Also, there were wet spots on the carpet, the tv had no connection/ cable service, and although we were on the 5th floor, there were partiers in the parking lot below us that we heard into the night.

Always get the old side if hotel.. you can tell its older. The smell, bathroom kept flushing & ac or heater very loud.
