The room came with a fully stocked kitchen, a washer and drier, and a nice dining space. We have a toddler so for me it's important to be able to have homemade meals for her. Having access to the washer and drier was handy since we had to do some washing as we had muddy and rainy conditions and got dirty fast. We didn't get a chance to use the barbeque on the balcony but it's great if you're staying longer and prefer to prepare your food.

The halls, the rooms, and the overall feel of the hotel are outdated. The room wasn't the cleanest, our bathroom sink was clogged, the water pressure in the shower was not great, and the kitchen utensils were not cleaned properly. I don't particularly enjoy messages like "To avoid a $50 charge, run the dishwasher and put the towels in the tub". This is why I generally prefer hotels to Airbnb. I want to get my family organized and leave smoothly on the day of departure and not clean dishes ... The overall communication with the reception was also not great. It turns out they have split reception service for rooms that are officially serviced by the hotel and others that are owner-managed. Ours turned out to be 'owner-managed', which is not mentioned in booking.com's description. This meant that the receptionists were almost rude and short for any question we had. If this was a cheap hotel I wouldn't be so critical but the price we paid was pretty high for the experience we got in the end.

Dishwasher to be managed by customers. Cleaning is done in 3-4 days. Parking is too tight in the basement and it is not easy to find your respective slots.

Getting dishwaher started was tricky, however, got it working.

The toilets do low it’s like squatting in the bush. The place is old needs alot of work. Someone tried to update but was done poorly. View I paid for mountain view was awful! We drive 16 hours to sit on a patio and have twenty four balconies staring at us ! No privacy the furniture is very worn out and again low. Bedroom is tiny barely fits a king size bed it was very crowded! It is also very noisy with the train on one side highway on the other! Would never stay again saw housekeeping once in 4 days for about 5 minutes!
