The staff and room was amazing as usual. It was our 2nd time staying there this year and we will be back in the summer.

The room was immaculate, clean with great views. The only downfall was the beds were rock hard and the room was so dry and hot! We all woke up, stuffed up with dry coughs and very sore backs and rib cages. It took a couple hours to finally be able to function without back pain in the mornings. 4 nights of painful mornings.

I liked the room especially the bathroom and kitchen area.

The location was not great.

View was awesome from our room, the mountains looked great. So nice having the kitchen as it's own room. Hot tubs weren't too busy and felt great after being out in the cold.

Our couch was broken making you sit at an angle, had to put pillows under the cushion to make it manageable. Very uncomfortable.

the front desk staff who checked me in gave a badly situated room wherein I am next to the construction site. I couldn't sleep well for to the light that is flashing towards my room. I asked for a better room so that I can have a better view and less noise, she just said that there are no other rooms available. I find it hard to believe because I checked in on a Monday and pretty sure, they are not fully booked. I think she was just lazy to give me other rooms that can give me better view and more quiet space.

Staff are quite friendly and helpful. Great location if you mainly visit Banff area, not far from local supermarket. Room is cozy and comfortable, I got a Mountain View room, super stunning in the morning and sunset. Restaurant in the lobby is innovative, try the Japanese style rice burger, if you are a rice lover.

Some bowls and plates in cabinet are chipped, there’s a risk hurting myself by using them.

Thé place was welcoming, comfortable and clean. The perfect place to lend after a long day on the road.

We have stayed at this property many times. Its quiet and comfortable.

We were very disappointed this time. We booked a Deluxe King Room and received a room with a queen wall bed. The cups and glasses were dirty in the cupboard. We usually book a 1 bedroom suite and there were none available. I brought it to the attention of the front desk clerk and we weren’t offered a room with a king bed.

Awesome place, spacious suite, got a free upgrade because there was availability
