The staff was very pleasant, the area was nice and clean, the room was clean, and the restaurant was awesome. I definitely would recommend this hotel. They have a beautiful atmosphere.

I was there for peace and quiet and all I heard throughout the evening and during the day was a dog barking and late at night, there were people in the yard playing around. When mentioned they gave me another room away from everyone. They were very accommodating.

Clean large room. Quick soft hot water and pressure well balanced from the shower head . Carpet free room. HVAC and fridge not too noisy. Soft mattress but it was comfortable enough.

The main part of the hotel smells like mildew and old smokers. My throat and eyes felt irritated within 1 hour of arrival. WiFi very slow and kept cutting off. Didn't see a microwave.

Short staffed, very slow to respond. Needed bedding for sofa-bed. It took over an hour. Need a plunger for toilet...took 2 hrs. I think maybe they need security on premises, as kids (and parents) were running wild.

We were comfortable. We slept well.

I went to check the pool. It did not look clean enough for me to jump in. Hot tub neither.

they refused to accept visa marked debit cards as a means of securing the room as I have in the past.

Room doors did not operate properly. The first room we had, the door didn’t close properly… a bit annoying when you walk away but the door never closes behind you then you have to go back and make sure it’s fully shut. The second room we had the door didn’t open properly, had to fight with it until we figured out that it would only operate if pulled/pushed towards the hallway then turned counterclockwise. Kinda minor but irritating. Wifi is very slowwwwwwwwww. Otherwise, all was good.

Very clean and comfortable

It was perfect for what I needed for a one night stay for my boyfriend and I. The room was clean and a fair size, the bed in the room was very comfy. Pool was nice, and staff was nice.

Waited over 2 hrs for breakfast, when it was received it was cold, while watching other people come in and get served promptly.. We had been told it was coming and didn’t receive.

Air circulation in the room. It was too hot even with the air conditioner that cycled on/off.

I had the best sleep! The pool was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was excellent for breakfast.

Rooms, particularly the bathrooms, could use some updating and new furniture.
