Problem with my debit card. At 12:05 lady come and ask us leave faster. In reception line and need to wait 15-20 min.

Bathroom fans in both our rooms were not working

It was well maintained and cleaned. The smart hub of being able to connect to streaming accounts was helpful with a kiddo. The food at poolside was great and the indoor and outdoor pool gave flexibility with weather. The indoor pool has a wading level which is nice for younger ones and has a pleasant temperature. The river view was nice. We stayed a few days (solo with a young kid) so really appreciated the really sweet housekeeping staff that made my kid feel like a star.

Would have liked a hot tub to the indoor pool section but I'm really grasping as the stay was really nice.

View of lake was excellent and we enjoyed the breakfast tremendously.

That i had to pay for parking. This should be included. As vegetarians it would be nice to have in the breakfast beans and/or plant based sausages as their primary protein source. When booking a request option could be available.

The swimming pool was nice, hotel staff were great.

Only thing that was a slight negative was loud music at bar, and the breakfast we ended up not having as waited 20 minutes and noone took our order so we left as we were on a time crunch. But what we could see coming out looked lovely!

I was there for the NCLEX-RN exam and it was quiet enough for me to be able to study last night

No tim hortons found near . Went for a short drive and and there was construction on a few streets. I got discourage trying to find my way around and went back to the hotel.

Everything was great. Just found the price to be a bit high just for 1 night.

Very confortable beds, room clean. Great location and views.

Comfy mattress

My credit card was charged twice the amount of my room and the attendant said it was in case there were damages and it was standard policy . I have never had that happen before . I am wondering if it was because they knew I was attending a gala event but also celebrating my 60th birthday . Perhaps they thought I would party in my room which I did not and would not. I was travelling alone It is very presumptuous to assume your guests will damage the room and hold their credit card hostage in case they do . I was unable to use my card during the gala event for other purchases because they ate up the remaining balance I had . It took three business days and a weekend have it reversed . I am very upset by this . It makes me feel like the Marriott has little faith or respect for it’s guests

Didn't partake of the breakfast. Had to hit the road early.

Missed the recently removed pork tenderloin from the dinner menu. That was a winner.

There weren't any facecloths in room and I got locked out of my room before my check out time which was inconvenient but fairly easily resolved. Shower water temperature fluctuated a lot
